I would like to recognize Tanaka for their outstanding assistance with my recent university application form process on 6th of April 2026. Tanaka went above and beyond by re-organise my person statement,catching a critical error, guiding me through the complex portal. His expertise not only ensured the application was processed flawlessly, but it also saved me a significant amount of time .

Amazing! Just simply amazing.
I have ADHD and filling forms, focusing and not overthinking/ worrying is a struggle but with the great person support it was like walking through the park.

Made my uni application process so…
Made my uni application process so easy. Always willing to help and very good at communicating in between waiting periods to give you the reassurance you need. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is thinking about going to uni and having anxiety about finding a uni aswell as the application process. Hassan was helpful in the uni application and Yousin was also very helpful in going through the student finance application with me

Mo and raneen really helped me out they made me feel so comfortable talking to them and when I was lost and didn’t know what to do she was the one who helped me out

I want to advise and spread awareness to absolutely everyone reading this: You DO NOT need this service. Do not use third-party agencies like this. You should apply to universities yourself directly. Doing it yourself keeps your data safe and ensures you actually get the correct information. They only care about getting a quick positive review, and once they have it, they abandon you. Do not trust them with your private documents or your education.

Excellent Support and Professional Service
I had a very positive experience with Platinum Services throughout my university application process. Mr Hassan and Mr Abdelaziz were extremely professional, supportive, and patient from beginning to end. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions quickly, and made the whole process much less stressful.
Their communication and dedication really stood out, and I truly appreciated the time and effort they put into helping me. I would definitely recommend Platinum Services to anyone looking for guidance with university applications and student support services.

Great Communication and assistance from Omar and Hannah
