My experience with platinum has been amazing the know what they are doing, they take time to really fill you in about the course you are doing making you feel reassured that they do care and are not just pushing you to sign up to just any course as quickly as possible.
I conversed with 3 individuals within the agency and they were all very polite, consistent and made me feel at ease when it came to deciding which course I want to do and the university I want to attend, all 3 where there to help me with my journey back to study
The 3 individuals that I commend are Faye, Nicolette and Hannah all are amazing

I want to express my sincere experiences and outstanding Guidance and Support Throughout My University Application journey. A True Example of Professionalism, Patience, and Genuine Care.
I want to express my sincere appreciation to Hasan Mannan and Abdulaziz for the support they have given me throughout my university application process.
From the very beginning, they guided me step by step with clarity and patience. They took the time to explain every part of the process in a way that made sense, and they never left me confused or unsure about what to do next. At each stage, they were present, consistent, and fully committed to helping me move forward.
They didn’t just help with the application. They also taught me a lot about the course I am planning to study. Because of them, I now understand what to expect and feel more prepared for what is ahead. That kind of guidance is rare, and it made a real difference.
What stood out most is their attitude. They supported me without hesitation and never showed any signs of frustration or boredom, even when I had many questions. They created a welcoming environment where I felt comfortable, and that helped build my confidence throughout the process.
Hasan and Abdulaziz are not only professional and knowledgeable, but also hardworking and genuinely supportive individuals. Their effort, patience, and commitment do not go unnoticed.
