Fantastic experience
I applied on a course I never thought I could get into and platinum made it super easy for me. they were super patient and made my life so much less stressful. Younis was amazing with helping me through the student finance section, Luan through the pre-post interview and Daniel for my initial application. Highly recommend.

I cannot thank Platinum Services enough, and specifically Nicoleta, for her incredible help.
I’ve been going through some difficult personal challenges recently, which unfortunately caused me to miss the first university intake at Arden (Leeds). I was worried I had lost my chance, but Nicoleta was absolutely amazing. She showed so much patience, empathy, and dedication throughout the entire process.
Thanks to her hard work and persistence, she managed to get me accepted for the May intake! I am so grateful for her support during such a tough time. If you are looking for someone who truly cares about their students and goes the extra mile, ask for Nicoleta.

This Company helped me in so many ways. I am abundantly grateful
This Company helped me in so many ways they were always available when I needed something, promptly and I never felt like I was going through anything alone.
Nouran & Sarah were personally helping me with the application process and I'd like to thank them.
I recommend using their services if you're looking to attend university.
I was days away from attending and was in an extreme panic as I Managed to set up my email for the uni incorrectly, However once reaching out, even though they were on annual leave, they went above and beyond to help me amend something that I couldn't do alone, they will continue to support you all the way up until you are comfortable and confident very understanding and supportive staff.

Enrollment Experience
I would like to thank Hassan and Abdulaziz for their excellent support during my enrolment at Arden University.
