We had a power cut and checked with UK Power Networks who told us engineers had just completed a job in our area and would be with us in 15 minutes.Amazing luck! The guys went out of their way to figure out what caused the issue. Then not only did they fix the problem, they upgraded the unit and cable to future proof it! Excellent service, very friendly, professional and obviously skilled in their trade!

When there was a unexpected power cut l reported it, done all the checks and again when you phoned me, the younge man was so helpful and wished me a happy birthday too.

acknowledged that UK Power were aware of problem with electricity outage through night and following day. Gave updates and timings and, although couldn't speed up or restore immediately, it was good to know that UK Power were aware of my situation being disabled with non-working stair lift. Kept contact messaging and phone call during outage

Turned up on short notice. Knew what was the likely cause of the problem. Confirmed this diagnosis. Fixed issue. Checked sorted. Gone within 30 mins. Brilliant

UKPN responded rapidly to the aftermath of a destructive power surge in my area, there were people checking up on everyone affected, food vans & charging points made available. They appointed Haste to follow through supplying or repairing replacement white goods and any other electrical equipment that had been compromised. All in all comprehensive & attentive. Grateful.

Absolutely fantastic. Best customer service received in ages. Fault reported 11pm, engineer at 2am and generator installed by 10am. Amazing

The person was helpful,considerate & polite being that I am over 80. He arranged to send me 2 special plug-in torches in the event of a future power failure.

Speedy resolution to the issue. Great guys doing the work. All good; what’s not to like.
