Good service keeping me informed and updated so I don't have a worry it will be resolved quickly

I was informed of everything that was going on and the. Gentleman that turned everything back on was very nice and polite. I didn’t have any problems or issues with anything. It all went smoothly.

Lights went off at a good bit of telly but hay ho within minutes I got a text from UK Power Networks informing me of the issue in the area I live in. I received clear consistent messages explaining what was going on and what they plan to do. All in all a very positive experience and thanks for all you guys do for my family and I.

There were horribly stupid and lazy labourers who were supposed to run the main cable. Thanks god there was a supervisor called Damien who sorted out everything. A really disappointing experience.

although i was without power for nearly 8 hours, the workers were unfailingly patient, helpful and kept me up to date with what was happening, one even made me a cup of tea!

Excellent service received from Jake initially who took my call regarding our power cut late last night, he was very friendly, apologetic and informative. I received text messages throughout explaining the next steps. The engineers who attended our property did so quickly and were very friendly and the work was carried out quickly and efficiently. Upgraded tails to 25mm, fuse to 100A and provided PME earthing upgrade. This made it easier for my electrician to upgrade the fuse box to a modern consumer unit and install an EV charger. Previously they agreed a 5kW G98 export limit, which was also good. They were happy to do this in stages to allow tails to be upgraded the other side of the meter.

Church power went out during morning service. Easy to get you by phone, person understood the problem, engineer was with us within 30 minutes, had the power back on before the end of the service.

Although the process of booking the visit took a while (they were lacking enough contractors probably) - the work done to upgrade the network locally was completed professionally and to a high standard, and all staff, from those answering the phones, to the workmen were great to deal with.

I deal with UK Power Networks frequently working in the world of property and they are always fantastic, from the engineers on the ground to the people at the end of the phone, many successful projects completed and nothing but a positive experiences throughout the years.

UKPN were quick to respond to my request for a fuse upgrade - job done within just a few days! The engineers who visited to carry out the work were friendly and completed the work quickly and without fuss. Well done guys 👍

Communications were excellent. My power was out for a little over 24 hours whilst the fault was located and the mains supply to the property was dug up and replaced. I am on the Priority Services register and received 3 phone calls during the day keeping me informed of progress and even offering to send me some lunch. I have never experienced this level of customer service from any company. The work was completed quickly and afterwards the company made good where they had excavated so that you would never know it had ever happened. Totally professional and friendly company. Outstanding.

The personal contact after the power blackout was extremely good.
Providing us with an emergency power pack for our mobile phone was a nice idea, but unfortunately the power pack was useless.

UK Power networks fitted a 100amp fuse to my box. They were very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Very happy with their service

Did what they said, when they said they'd do it.

I needed my premises upgraded to 100A from 60A for solar / battery / install.

Operatives arrived on time, did the work in 30 minutes.

Also, my application for export was approved with no restrictions, so I like them for that as well.
