Informed about loss of power, speedily, and kept up to date with progress regarding the companies finding and fixing the problem

Total power outage on 15 May. Emergency engineer came within 40 minutes. Problem identified as faulty UK Power Sytems fuse which had overheated and failed. Told fuse assembly needed changing and kitchen cabinet needed removing for access. Told to phone when ready. He did manage to clean contacts and get power on. Got a kitchen fitter following day and phoned you on 18 May. Phoned 3 days later to be told you had not recorded fact we were ready. This was corrected but we have now been waiting 6 weeks for this to be resolved. Have phoned twice for an update: no forecast given. Kitchen still dismantled, not happy with long delay in fixing this problem permanently.

Received calls to check we were OK during a recent power cut and updates untill it was back on

UKPN resolved a problem with our earthing arrangements, so that we could complete the installation of a new oven in the kitchen

They were helpful, informative at all times. I was contacted at each step, to make sure we are all safe and we have sufficient water at hand.

I am astonished at how quick the team was to deal with this, and how professional and friendly they were throughout. The gold standard, thank you.

Immediately supported me with restoring electricity in middle of the night.

When I had a power cut ,The company acted quickly to reassure me that they knew all about it and would solve it quickly which they did.They were concerned because I live alone and am disabled.They were kind polite and efficient.

UK power networks and Lewisham Council have left 64 residents without water in a red weather warning and without any working lifts.
Just had a flimsy excuse that UK power networks can't bring any water to us because there is a cap on what they can order...8pm last night to ongoing....

Being a disabled person, it was great to receive information and updates on the information
The downside is when the electricity goes the lift goes out of order and it takes days to get it fixed
As I live on the third floor and with a heart condition, it makes it very difficult for me to get out to do shopping cause I can’t do the stairs

I dealt with firstly Karen Lloyd and then Esmee Mercer from the MPAN Management Team at UK Powernetwork, despite the challenges they faced they were so helpful , professional and efficient , their customer care was incredible

The phone operators where very helpful and plait explained it very professional the called back to see if it was still off or it was back on. A rate 1 to 10 I would give a 10 / 10
But I don't remember when it was so there i can not put the date when it was in do I the date from 1 of May 2026 sorry

Arrived on time quick clean friendly service

I am very elderly and when my electricity went off Uk Power Networks came the same day and diagnosed an underground cable was faulty. They were able to put the power back on in temporary fashion that same day and carried out the cable repair within a couple of days. All the workers were very helpful and pleasant.

When our power failed to the house due to a faulty fuse in our main supply, UK Power Networks were on sire in an hour and fixed the problem very quickly after that.

Diane at your office was outstanding and so were your teams on site on the day . Excellent service

Following an unplanned power cut UK Power Networks were extremely quick to SMS me to explain what the situation was and how they intended to resolve the issue. Throughout the evening I received regular updates that was very useful and prevented unnecessary stress. In addition to the first class service to keep their customers updated the power fault was identified very quickly and their engineers resolved the issue by restoring power to mine and others homes.

They keep you very well informed. Once when power went off you would be going all round the house seeing if something was wrong.
Now I get a text message more or less immediately & checking to make sure when its back on. Great service. Thank you
