Don't order from this bunch of cowboys. Goods not delivered, delivery dates moved back and no communication or means of contacting them. Fortunately I managed to get my money back from debit card dispute department at my bank

Ordered some work wear from this supposed reputable company, they took payment for items - paid by credit card, then I had an urgent call from the fraud protection team saying there had been fraudulent use of my details! Contacted the number for UK WorkStore but unable to get any response from them - still no show of items after 14 days (delivery stated 4-5 days) steer well clear of this bunch of rogues.

Absolute scammers. Ordered on the 21st march, paid for next day delivery, now the 29th of march and nothing. Won't respond to emails, don't answer the phone, dog sh#t. Shouldn't be allowed to trade

They say items are in stock when they are not. The number on their website after one ring automatically says they're busy so you can't speak to them. Luckily I paid with PayPal and got my money back.

Still waiting on items I ordered in January!!!! When I emailed I was told they were waiting on stock, and my items would be delivered the end of February...still waiting, and not answering emails now!!!!!

Ordered shoes. After a month I chased the order up to be told they were out of stock and due in the beginning of February. March arrives, still no shoes and not even getting a response from the company via email.
Consider it all a rouse.

As with many others, money taken, nothing delievered. Not answering emails or phone. I think this is a scam. I am now on the phone to the bank to dispute the payment. Avoid at all costs. This company should be shut down and investigated by Trading Standards.

Wish I had read the reviews about this company before placing an order as I would have gone elsewhere.
My online order was accepted on 24th September (all items shown as 'in stock'). Money was taken from my card at that point. Subsequent email from UK WorkStore saying items would not be in stock for a couple of weeks (They were/are showing as in-stock on-line). Eventually cancelled the order as the goods were not being delivered in a timely manner but 3½ weeks after cancelling the order there is still no sign of my money being refunded to my card.
It's impossible to speak to anyone on the phone - Try for yourself on their number 0208 1448330. They don't answer emails.
Update: 24th November - I got my money refunded today. It seems to me that this company is more geared up with dealing with business to business rather than the general public... They should decide what their business model is.
Still not happy that they don't answer phone calls or emails. Proceed with extreme caution.

DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! ordered sample uniforms with a delivery date of 5 days 10 days later still not arrived so I emailed and cancelled the order but they sent them anyway a few days later. I returned the items but got no response so I emailed and messaged on facebook, finally they replied and said I would get a refund, 3 months later and I still don't have a refund having to go through the bank to get it.

Avoid this company. 13 days and still waiting for "same-day-dispatch" item. No reply to emails - so I guess it will end in PayPal dispute procedure. Frustrating waste of time and money.

Rubbish
Took money. Didn't send goods. Didn't answer e-mails. I had to raise a PayPal dispute to get a refund.

Placed an order 18th August, expecting 4/5 days delivery. Now 29th August after numerous calls and emails still no contact or delivery. They have 24 hours, next step Solicitors and trading standards.
Please be warned, UK WORKSTORE ARE THIEFS, Do not use !!!!!!!!

I have ordered from this company at the end of last year without problem and with a fast delivery service.

I have since placed another order and I am finding it very difficult to contact anyone at this company. I made an order on the 8th August with 4-5 delivery days, it is now overdue and despite my numerous emails and, phone calls and voice messages I cannot cannot get a further update on my order which was in the region of £350!!

If I hear nothing back by Monday then I will be going through the bank to reclaim my money back.

I wish I had checked recent reviews back on the company since my last order as clearly something is going wrong!

Ordered fleece jacket in mid June.Payment taken and del quoted as 4 to 5 days.
Not received by mid July.Complained via Trust pilot after failing to get response from company e: mail address apart from the auto reply system.
Posting on Trust pilot prompted response stating order is on back order and would be delivered by end July. Now August 16 and no jacket and no communication.

Very happy with the items ordered. Delivery was on time.

Very pleased with the service and product. Delivery was within the specified timeframe.

I placed an order for 3 items totalling nearly £60 in value. Included in this price was the next working day delivery charge. I did not receive my items the next day, or even the day after that. I decided to e-mail the company to cancel my order because due to their lack of delivery I no longer needed the items. I have contacted my bank and look forward to a full refund in due course because you cannot get into contact with anyone from this company as everything (telephone, facebook, emails) are all automated. Avoid this company, they are crooks, I wish I had read the reviews before clicking "pay" because a large majority of their customers have been robbed.

Terrible company to deal with. The phone is always on answer machine, I had to chase a refund with over 20 emails, goods didn't arrive on time, yet there was no notification of a delay until I chased after the expected delivery date. You have to chase for returns paperwork and they do charge 20% fee on this, does say on Ts&Cs but this is certainly the only company I have dealt with online that does this. Denied return was received, even though I had the signed papers proving it was. Every touch point was painful. Eventually reported to trading standards.

Ordered item on 20th May paying £8.95 for next day delivery - still no item received, no reply on telephone and no reply to my email. Am contacting paypal for refund. Appalling company - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered some PE bags for school ended up being too small. Returned them after chasing them for over two weeks for a return label and 2 months later still no refund. I complained and they said the distributor had not received the return. However I have proof of postage and they were signed for so that was a lie. Now I am still chasing them for my money back. Would never recommend them and I will definitely not use again. Worst online company ever.
