Return is a nightmare with them!
Hi Everyone,
Be very careful with this company! They have 20% purchase value charge, if you want to return any goods.
Also the return procedure is takes about 6 weeks until you see your 20% shortened money back.
I strongly recommend to avoid them.

Never received order
Placed an order in December and it never arrived, Refused all emails that I sent. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. Please never use them . Took my money and never delivered the items. *****AVOID*****

Very poor communication
They did not communicate with me to let me know my order was delayed and would take over a month to come. I had to email them to find this out! I then said I would just like a refund instead and has been 3 weeks and noting. I have said several emails telling them
I am still waiting for my refund but still no reply from them.
Don't waste your money or time ordering from them.

Apalling, Still awaiting my order placed start of November 2016
I placed an order at the start of November 2016 which i was told would arrive within 5 days. I was never contacted regarding why it had not been delivered i have since contacted them over 8 times to which i have received minimal response simply stating the order will be with me shortly.
This is absolutely not acceptable for a large company promoting quick delivery.
DO NOT USE!!!!!

Assuming that the order reference number you have quoted is correct, your order was for some office furniture items with a lead time of 25 working days (not the 5 days that you say). The lead time is stated clearly on the product page on our website. From our records I can see that your order was in fact delivered within the stated time frame.

The free delivery offer is for orders over £75. This is stated clearly on our website. I have checked your order and can see that it was for significantly less than £75 and therefore is not eligible for the free delivery offer..

Excellent service but unnecessary packaging
Service was quick and efficient but I was very disappointed to find that two small t-shirts were delivered in an enormous cardboard box when a strong envelope would have sufficed. However, I was very pleased with the t-shirts.
