Ultion is the manufacturer of the lock, and we don’t carry out installations or send fitters directly. Installation is handled by independent locksmiths or the company that supplied your door.
As this review relates to the fitter rather than the product or our service, we would kindly ask that it’s directed to the relevant installer.
Superb robust security
Great secure locks with very robust keys the plus being that I can change other door locks and still use the same keys giving overall security with just one key

If the door and lock are only recently fitted, issues like this are often related to the door or handle alignment rather than the cylinder itself. Your installer should be able to check this quickly, but our technical team would also be happy to help diagnose the issue.
