I LOST TWO SEPARATE KEYS FOR TWO SEPARATE LOCKS. i THEN ENCOUNTERED SUCH AN UNHELPFUL ATTITUDE THAT IT WAS ALMOST SURREAL. EMAILS WENT UNANSWERED I PUT THE RELEVANT KEY NUMBERS IN AND HEARD NOTHING BACK. I WAS TOLD IMAGES HAD TO BE SENT OF THE TWO KEYS BUT I TOLD ULTION I DID NOT KNOW HOW TO SEND IMAGES. AGAIN THEY OFFERED NO HELP ON THIS. I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN.

Good Quality lock quick service on extra keys cheaper than Timpsons

Seems like a very sturdy long lasting product. Time will tell if I'm right.

these locks were a cost affected extra to the two doors i've just had fitted.
i chose the Ultion "keyed alike" option (and so got 6 keys and 2 locks with the same serial numbers) as i have heard great reports about these cylinders and keys.

Scanned the QR code that came with the keys, followed the instructions and our registration and cover was sorted in minutes!

The customer support team responded to and resolved the issue that I raised with them quickly and efficiently, providing detailed guidance and support. The ability to upload a video of the issue was very useful. A new replacement lock was delivered along with clear fitting instructions. Great service, high quality locks and keys.

Lock is very hard to operate, it has been professionally adjusted and still there is difficulty opening the door to gain entry.
We purchased the correct, very expensive dry powder lubricant which is difficult to get onto the key to get it into the lock - a very wasteful product. We also purchased 'key aids' which fit onto the keys, did not expect to have to make these purchases and still have difficulty getting the lock to work. Very disappointed with what we thought was a high quality locking system.

It was easy to register my keys with Ultion for their £5000 guarantee.

This is the first time I have ever known that you can guarantee your door locks,we have just had new doors and windows put in our new bungalow and I was amazed that they came with a guarantee, it gives me a sense of security knowing how safe I'll be in my bungalow. It was really easy to register the locks and the company got back fairly quickly with my unique code.now I can sit back, relax and enjoy my windows and doors.
