We have recently installed two new doors with Ultion locks fitted to them & building alterations have necessitated a third addition.

Needed new key tag
My key tag unfortunately broke and I was obviously very upset about this so needed check up with Ultion whether I was able to order another one. I used the chat system to enquire and got through very quickly. I got the answers I wanted . Help to order was offered but I decided to order online. The process was very easy. I am now waiting for my key tag to be delivered in two days.

Prompt service
Prompt service, good and clean fitting of door. I love it. Fitter was very helpful and kind. Door is just what I wanted. Sturdy and looks very good too. From choosing door to having it fitted great experience would definitely recommend.

My house came fitted with Ultion high-security locks and I registered them as soon as we moved in. The keys are strong and well designed, providing peace of mind that a quality product is fitted. Every 6 months I get an e-mail reminder to lubricate the locks, thus maintaining the operational effectiveness of the locks. Great service
