I orderd a binder on January 4th. haven't received it yet and they also haven't respond to my emails. Very dissapointed in this company.

I ordered a Condolences Book for our Church after the death of the Queen on the day after her passing Friday 9th September. This website was the only one offering leather bound and gold embossed appropriate lettering on the front. I asked for a speedy dispatch. Communication excellent with Undercover, the seller. It arrived Monday morning early and has been in place in Church straight away. Admired by parishioners who gave signed it. Thank you.

After 11 days of eagerly waiting for my so called ‘bespoke’ ring binder that cost me very nearly £38, I received a plain looking ring binder with a minute and impossible to see personalisation placed on the spine. To say I was underwhelmed is an understatement. I think the worst part, was the lack of willingness to get answers from Sally whose brief replies to my emails where impatient, short and rather accusatory. Not taking any responsibility for the mess they made with my order which I had to ‘nag’ to get done due to the delays in processing my order, is unacceptable. Disappointing!

Outstanding customer service. From the outset, Sally’s communication and assistance were exemplary. Purchased a large photograph album as a present and the recipient is thrilled with the quality, size and colour.
I truly have no hesitation in recommending this company and look forward to making future purchases.

I am very happy with my new leather case for my recipes. The color is as displayed and the written personalized text is better than expected! I chose handwriting font.

Ordered a leather arch folder with gold lettering. Arrived quickly and the quality was fantastic. Really pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend.

I recently ordered a custom, leather, personal refillable journal from this company via Etsy. Not only did the item arrive a full week ahead of it's expected delivery date, but I could not be happier with what I received. The item is beautiful!! Thank you so much Undercover UK!!

The Christmas crackers I ordered arrived damaged, clearly because they had not been packed securely enough. I emailed Undercover a picture to show them the sorry state of the goods and Sally came back to me within a day. She said she would send replacements and, although I offered to return the damaged crackers, she insisted I keep them and see if I could rescue a few of them for donation to some worthy cause. I then emailed her to get some idea of when my replacements might arrive, and she responded within two minutes. I duly received the replacement crackers, well packed and looking every bit as good as might be expected for the price paid. If the product itself, not to be tested till Christmas, turns out to be anything like as good as the customer service, I will be very pleased indeed.

I completely concur with the previous reviews. Such bad customer service. They are rude and arrogant.

The website isn't clear re what the product actually looks like (I ordered a travel card holder that appeared from their website to be completely plain but when it arrived it had the Undercover company branding on it. When I contacted Undercover about the branding, their response was 'it is a given that if one buys a designed item that there will be a makers mark.'

Nowhere within the description of the item do they make mention of a ‘makers mark’ neither is the mark shown on any of the images of that product on their site'.

Avoid this company like the plague - the whole process has been very irritating

I would discourage anyone from using this company. The customer service is extremely poor, unprofessional and are virtually impossible to get in contact with. They never answer the phone and any emails that are finally replied to by Sally are very abrupt and unhelpful. The first item I received was damaged and there was no effort to replace it or an apology. When I did finally get through and a replacement arranged it did not arrive as promised. Please avoid!
