Had terrible experience with this company. They declared untrue customs information of 500 grams with price 8$. Instead, They sent me 380 grams, tried to get 170$ more after the deal was closed and ripped me off adding surcharge for DHL express (DHL confirmed they had paid 68$, not 93$) I paid for 400 grams of raw unprocessed hair plus express shipping 68$ for total of 524$ via Pay Pal. Jade was my fist contact in Unihair. She affirmed hair was ready to be shipped. After 5 days hair was still unshipped and she said it needed to be washed. Escalated the matter to her manager Irene and asked for help Jade through IG. Irene promised that Jade will correct the invoice and that I will get the refund for the missing quantity and that I will be compensated for her fault in getting the hair measured correctly. After seeing the fraudulent behavior and false declaration, I asked for cancellation of the order. No one responded with days. Nothing of that happened. I waited for one week for someone to answer my questions. Lee acted rude when I explained the situation and asked for help. Banned me from their sales channel. DHL customs department held the hair since the weight did not correspond with the declaration, neither does the price. Never received the package.

I’ve used 6 different hair brands over the years for extensions and these are by far the best quality. They’re very soft and beautiful and have held up for 8 weeks (I’m about to retape). In my experience I have always had 3-4 of my extensions fall out over the course of use, but with these ones I have not had even 1 come out, so I know the tape is really good quality too. Def purchasing again when I need a new set after this one. I purchased 3 packs and only needed about 2 for my whole head. Colors are accurate (I got two 4s and one 6 for dimension) and haven’t faded.

If you're on the fence about extensions, these are a great choice! Totally recommend.

This hair is beautiful for the price. I installed myself watching a YouTube tutorial. I’ve had mine in for over a month and just bought two more packs. I could reuse the hair again but I’m just too lazy to retape them. The affordability of this product allows for the purchase of new hair. I also suggest using a sulfate free shampoo and conditioner.

I love them! I went from having shoulder length black hair to having 18” black hair. They look so natural, especially considering that I’ve never tried tape in extensions let alone doing them myself. I get so many compliments on my hair. It’s so soft. Since it’s real human hair you can curl it and straighten it which I love. The only problem I’ve had after two weeks of having them in is one or two fell out in the shower but it came with extra tape for them! So it’s no big deal. Will definitely be buying again and definitely recommend them!

Ok is this the best hair I ever purchased? No, but the flaws are minimum. Bottom line it looks great and blends with my hair beautifully. It’s soft and so far I’ve washed my hair 3 times in 2 weeks with no issues or loss of tapes. Ppl don’t read, one pack of tapes 20 pieces (10 sandwiches) is not enough for a full head you will need 3-4 packs! My head is a little smaller and my hair is already long so 3 was perfect for me. If you don’t know how to install the tapes and you touch all over them they will NOT stick! The hair is silky straight so if your hair is more textured keep that in mind. I would buy these again.

First off, I am a hair stylist and have been doing extensions for a couple years now and have also had them myself! I have worked with a lot of different hair from pretty expensive to Sally’s brand. I got this extensions for myself and I can’t believe how amazing this hair is!! I colored half of them (1 pack out of the 2 I bought) to match my natural hair better. Installation was a bit difficult to do for yourself so I would recommend someone who knows what they are doing to do it for you. After having them in for almost two weeks now and using professional products, the hair is still so soft and doesn’t tangle much!! Tape is holding very well and I have had no issues! I wash my hair about every third day. If I let them air dry, they do get a bit of a wave to them! I will definitely be buying this hair again!!

I’ve bought these extensions several times now and each time they arrive the same great quality. I have no issues with the glue for the most part (after first wash one or two may slide out) I don’t attribute that to the adhesive but the installation. If you leave too much hair between the sandwiches it won’t have as much holding power. They hold up well to heat styling and toning. I only noticed slight shedding at the ends when I brush with a fine tooth comb, so I would avoid that and use a wide brush or thick toothed comb. Very very happy and will continue to buy.
