My partner went through this company to buy me a subscription for Daphnes Diary. This magazine is suppose to be issued every 6 weeks I got two in a week. Trying to sort out this matter and they come up with excuse after excuse. Does not fair well for the magazine who uses this company

Rubbish delivery,first 2 magazines didn't come for a weeks.So when they arrived too old and I bin it.
Not gonna use this subscription again!

I've had a subscription for a weekly TV magazine for a year now. Only once have I had a late delivery. This was resolved quickly with one email, and Unique Magazine kindly offered to extend my subscription by a further week (at no extra cost) to make up for the missing delivery (which eventually turned up 5 days later, so I presume it was Royal Mail's fault). Would thoroughly recommend this company

Terrible service.
Ordered a subscription for a Wedding magazine for my future daughter in law.
Absolutely awful service.
Magazines never arrived, always had to email to chase , would receive a reply with some ridiculous story / excuse.
Waste of money.
Waste of time.
Never ever use.

My 93 year old grandmother has not received her TV Choice Magazine for weeks, and especially as this is part of my annual Christmas present to her, I am extremely annoyed and very disappointed. Not only does this cause her a lot of stress, it's also hassle on my part calling them up to sort this out. I am just about to purchase a new 1 year subscription with isubscribe who have better reviews than Unique Magazines, and will call Unique Magazines next week in the limited time they are open and request a refund.

I've been a customer with Unique Magazines for a few years now and I've nothing but praise for them. Getting magazines delivered isn't exactly cheap, but it's something I do for my elderly mother and it's lovely knowing she gets her two favourite magazines every week.
I over the past three years I've only had to contact Unique twice regarding missing magazine issues, and both of those times it's been me at fault as I didn't know the previous weeks issues were double editions. Added to that, the two times I've contacted customer service they've got back to me very quickly and have been really polite and helpful.
The website is clean and unfussy and very simple to navigate and use. It's really easy to see my current subscriptions, how long left they have to run and renewing a subscription is very easy.
If you want to have a magazine delivered and you not put off by the additional cost, then I would highly recommend Unique magazines.
