Firstly the advice given from the staff…
Firstly the advice given from the staff & also the main boss was all taken on board by myself and it was Absolutely Spot on,So Thankyou for helping and all the options put to myself, So after a few months of saving i went back to pay for all my carpets and vinyl, and they booked a time, came and did the job, Totally satisfied and very happy with the cost & especially the quality of Everything, Also the fitting is Absolutely Fantastic, no problems at all, I would definitely use these guys again. Thankyou Guys please keep up your Excellent quality service.

Terrible service fitter put a nail…
Terrible service fitter put a nail through a pipe then refused to pay for the repair we had no hot water or heating for 24 hours & the carpet still hasn’t been fully fitted because it was left up until the cement dried, they said they would come back but then refused - reply from you again another lie they have not been back to finish fitting the carpet at all absolute liars all the staff shocking disgusting service

We have been advised by the Chorley store, that the fitter did not take the fitting money due to the inconvenience that had been caused to yourself.
After speaking to our Chorley store, they have advised that our independent carpet fitter came out the next day to refit your carpet once the cement had dried.

I will never by a carpet from united…
I will never by a carpet from united carpets again. The carpet fitted damaged the walls and the woodwork on the stairs after it had all been decorated ready for the carpet being fitted. The edging to the carpet was also not straight. I rang the shop to complain about the damage to the walls and woodwork but they would do nothing even though I spent a lot of money. They told me that the fitter told me I could encare damage to both the walls and woodwork but this conversation never took place. I will never buy a carpet from them again.

Professional, excellent value
Personal, professional, service choosing our floor covering, measuring and assessing the area at home to be fitted, nothing was a problem, even though we have a large odd shaped kitchen with an island, the fitters were polite, and grafters, a fantastic job. Definitely would recommend and use again. Thank you

The entire experience was fantastic. Great advice from Steve in the showroom and all fitted exactly within the timescale. Definitely going back to UC when other carpet/flooring is needed.
