Store experience was spot on. Eddie was great. Total invoice included everything we needed, delivery, fitting & underlay.
The fitters fitted in a timely manner. They were clean, tidy & efficient.

Asking for a review on a bed they have not delivered
The bed i have still not received and now my little boy has to sleep on the floor! Also the new delivery date is now causing me to miss 2 hours of work which comes out of my pocket! So really cannot recommend buying for here

A local firm, good choice of carpets, friendly staff. Bought two carpets, one for bedroom and the other for Lounge. Really pleased with both of them. Great job done by the fitters. Would buy another one when we need one.

Great experience
Really helpful staff, helped me find exactly what I wanted and recommended the right carpet for me. Was a fast process. Can't fault the carpets installers, very professional and they did a great job. Over the moon with my new carpet!

Fit and laid quick but after 3 months…
Fit and laid quick but after 3 months the metal fitters keeping the carpet down have started to lift up in 2 rooms already.

A very professional job
Eddie and the team at United Carpets have been great throughout the whole process.
We have had our house fitted with new carpet and vinyl from top to bottom. Eddie came and measured up, and furnished us with a firm quote the next day.
We organised two separate days for fitting of the carpet and then vinyl, and the fitter Rob and his Co workers were with us at 8am on both days and worked tirelessly to get the job done quickly, and with as little upheaval as they could.
The whole job was done in a very professional way, and I would have no problem in recommending them to anyone.
Thank you once again for a superb job.

Not free fitting
I bought a room size remnant which was advertised as free fitting ( but only if I bought underlay) - when it came to pay there was a fitting charge to be paid direct to a sub contractor so it wasn't free at all .
I had the explanation that the
purchase price of the carpet was reduced but this was not correct when I checked the receipt after purchase. I should have challenged this when I realised the issue.

Great service and perfect fitting
Great service in store when picking carpets & flooring and arranging fitting. Less than a week from booking to fitting.
Rob and Ash fitted my carpets and they have done an impeccable job and carpets look amazing. Arrived when they said they would, text me to let me know when it was finished and hoovered up!
Lee has fitted my laminate and herringbone and has again done this to an amazing standard and I'm so pleased with the result! Lee has communicated throughout and kept me updated.
Highly reccomend!
