Excellent quality and service
Our recent purchase was the 4th carpet we have bought in recent years from United Carpets Hazel Grove. Every time I go to this store the service is excellent and is delivered by very helpful and competent staff all at a fair price. The quality of the carpets and fitting service is also excellent, I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new carpet.

Great Service
It was the first time I had been to United Carpets and beds. I bought a bed and the assistant was very helpful as I wanted the bed in a different colour to the one in the store. The bed was delivered taken up stairs and put together. The plastic was taken away.Great Service. I will certainly use them again.

Stair carpet
Asked for the same carpet for the stairs that I have in the lounge and they were able to do this. Fitting and delivery arranged promptly. The fitter was very efficient. Very pleased with the purchase

A really professional job done!
When I bought my carpet from United Carpets and Beds I wrote a positive review. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful.When It came to fitting the carpet and my vinyl for the kitchen Johnny and Nick were fantastic. They did.a first class job and were very tidy. I couldn’t really fault them in any way. I would have no hesitation in using United Carpets and Beds again when I get more done to my house. Obviously I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a carpet or vinyl and having them fitted.

Glen was an absolute star
Glen was an absolute star. I needed a carpet last min for ma stand I was doing at a show and he sorted it just in time. So helpful and I would never use another carpet shop.

I wrote a review on Google and they…
I wrote a review on Google and they replied with a load of lies. Telling customer they sorted our issue they caused within 24 hours which they didn’t as the manager glen was on holiday! A lot of lies to make the company look better than it actually is! It was over a week before everything was sorted
the quality of work produced was awful considering we paid over £3700.00 … for a botched job.
The flooring was like a trampoline and still half is. The fitting manager came out to view the flooring and took half of it up and fitted it again due the work being massively uneven. Had to pay for the screeding under even tho was was advised this wasn’t needed.
The beading was left incomplete. I have images which I’ll be adding later.
The measurements for the carpet were done wrong, so again someone had to come out to fit more carpet.
It’s inconvenient for people have to gain access to the property so many times. If it was done properly in the beginning it would have been ok. Overall I wouldn’t use united carpets again due to the massive inconvenience and the quality of work that was produced was terrible. The same thing has happened again! poor communication between united carpets and the people that fit the flooring. Terrible service and spent thousands!!!

The fitters are first class. Just completed the Kitchen and Bathroom. Just got Bedroom, Living room & Hall to do. I would recommend United Carpets to everyone. The staff at Hazel Grove, Stockport are amazing. They go all out to make everything come together
