The guys were really helpful in the showroom and even let us borrow a few tester samples to see what they'd look like at home. Laminate was fitted quickly, perfectly, and they left the place spotless. Will be back again
when my living room needs doing,so definitely recommend!

Excellent service and great value. We came away thinking how good was that! We were given really sensible advice from the knowledgeable staff, with no feeling of being "sold to". We would thoroughly recommend and I'm sure we will be buying our next carpet from them.

Your saleman was polite and listened to our need.he worked our carpet size out and organised the fitter to come to our home at the right time.

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff in store. Welcoming, friendly feel to the store. Competitive pricing. (10% discount for NHS staff is also very welcome - thankyou!) Fitter was polite and tidy, did a great job. We are really pleased with our new living room carpet and would definitely recommend to others and use again.

Recently bought carpet from here and…
Recently bought carpet from here and very happy with the service from start to finish. Spoke to 2 lovely gentlemen on separate occasions and both nice, honest and normal. A breath of fresh air - unlike some other big chains locally whose staff are questionable to say the least.
Would recommend and will be purchasing from here again in the future.

The man in the shop was very helpful…
The man in the shop was very helpful with advising us which carpet to go for. It was then fitted the next week and again the fitter was very nice. So all good.
