The initial visit went well.
The initial visit went well and we arranged for a measurement visit and paid a deposit. We were told it could be obtained and fitted within 10 to 14 days but it was 5 weeks before the carpet was fitted, the week before Christmas causing us to make alternative arrangements. The fitters didn’t clear up after fitting leaving us elderly people to clear up.We are currently disappointed with the carpet as it is leaving footprints all over. We have been told that the fibres will settle down within a couple of months but that remains to be seen.

The guy helped me choose what I wanted, I even changed my mind when I got home and wished I’d chose another. It was no problem when I rang. Delivery staff were on time and communicated with me.

The drivers was lovely they took my old bed matteress away ( left piece behind ) we bined it it didn't take them long slowed m how it works the side control nd hand held very please with it took few day 2 get use 2 it bit heavier than my old bed avec2 get help 2 move it love the electric part ov it thanks x

Whole experience was really good
Whole experience was really good, chap in the shop was very helpful placed my order for carpet fitting and underlay, on the arranged day the fitters arrived several hours early, which fortunately was ok as I had the whole day off, fitting was done very quickly and they did a good job, just needed to do a tip run with the remnants that were left behind. Nice company and good attitude from fitters.
