Great quality carpet. Already had to clean it due to my dogs, but came up looking brand new. I will be back to purchase again.

So firstly 1 of the 3 carpets I bought…
So firstly 1 of the 3 carpets I bought was given to me the wrong size, anticipating this sort of scenario I had bought a carpet that , as the person in sales told me, was "always in stock". I took the carpet back to exchange it for the correct size and the carpet that's "always in stock" wasn't in stock. To rectify this problem , as my fitter was back home fitting the carpets , another sales assistant gave me a similar but better quality carpet of the correct size free of charge whilst letting me keep the original carpet that was too small.
In all honesty had the problem not occurred I'd be giving a 5 star review , and due to the legend that rectified the problem I would of actually given 4.5 stars but I didn't get that option.
Also, I'd of reviewed soon but I thought you'd gone bust

The carpet is lovely, BUT
The carpet is lovely. But from start to finish had nothing but difficulty. We were told the fitters would contact us to confirm a time of fitting, they didn't, requiring us to chase (just ask customers to call on the morning)
Then the fitting is terrible on the stairs, and the carpet has buckled, we've rang so many times to get this fixed and keep getting told we will
be called, and nothing! It's been 2 months. Really gutted. If they sorted out the fitting we would be happy, but £800 for this service is bad and now we're left with a mess to rectify or chase them forever. I would avoid tbh

No grey areas on costing or things that escalate so your out of your depth. Transparency of process re this costs x and includes y. Fast turn around on the work re delivery and fitting. Guys who came were great no nonsense- did a good honest job- I would highly recommend this carpet shop.

The carpet was delivered on time, fitting was amazing, even left some spare underlay for when we shaved down the doors, would definitely recommend this service

They fitted it had a rip in my lino…
They fitted it had a rip in my lino come back week later to say they would refit it not heard nothing and that was 6weeks ago won't go to them again
