New lounge and dining room carpets
What a great service from start to finish the team are super friendly and very professional and the quality and prices of the carpet is fantastic value for money.
Mick who fitted our carpets was very professional, even down to asking us which way we sit so he could get the pile running the right way for us.
Great job Shaun we will be back soon to get our stairs and landing carpets sorted

I had laminate flooring done by united…
I had laminate flooring done by united carpets lady bay store in all my house, Shane who came to do my measurements was very professional and ponctual, the guy in the shop was very attentive on the phone and tried his best to help with any issues i had ,the fitter Jason was very nice and friendly and did such a good job in a short time and left the place so clean, very happy with the results, thanks Shane for helping out in the living room today and many thanks to Jason , i strongly recommend

Laminate floor. We discussed our requirements with the…
We discussed our requirements with the sales manager who was helpful and courteous. We made our choice and delivery and fitting was easy to sort out. Later, due to a problem on my part I had to rearrange the fitting date and the manager was again helpful and obliging. When my floor, which we are very happy with, was fitted it was done by a friendly and efficient technician. What’s not to like?🙂

Highly recommend
Had a great experience with the Nottingham store, Sean greeted me straight away and was a massive help in finding me the right quality carpet for the right price and helping me through the whole process to completion. The fitting happened really quickly once the final measurements were done and the carpets now fitted are looking really good. I’m really impressed with the quality, fitting as well as the service from Sean. Thanks guys

Brilliant service and beautiful carpets!
Shaun and the team at United Carpets were extremely helpful when it came to choosing our carpet, they helped us find one that was great quality and affordable. Since having them fitted, our home feels like a totally different place. Communication was amazing from Shaun, we were constantly updated on the progress of our carpets once they’d been ordered. We are over the moon with the service and the carpets.
