Carpets for our new house
We went in to the store with no idea about carpets and the guy who helped us (pretty sure it was Phil or Paul) was super helpful in helping us pick the best carpet within our budget and giving us a good quote with no pressure.

Excellent
Zak was very helpful and patient with me having amended my order on two occasions. On the day, the carpets were fitted quickly without any problems. The new carpets and underlay are very good quality.

Great Service
The staff were very helpful pointing us in the right direction for what we needed. After looking we could not find anything. So after explaining what we needed the carpet for, they showed us 4 examples at different prices with no pressure in which one to choose. Arranged a date and time that suited us for fitting, they arrived on time and did a great job.

Emma served me
Emma served me. I was choosing carpet throughout my apartment and kitchen cushion floor. She was extremely knowledgeable and very patient. I was advised all the way,, even taking time to show me all the different carpet treads,, I settled on a charcoal grey,, which matched perfectly with my pale grey carpet and cushion floor. Faultless service and very happy with the price. Emma made the whole process easy. Thanks

Staff in the shop were excellent
Staff in the shop were excellent. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
Delivery men also great and helpful.
They even took their shoes off as we had new carpets.

Arrogant unhelpful carpet fitters!!
I chose this store as I lived the selection of carpets and were at affordable prices. The staff in store were friendly and very helpful, it's just a real shame that the same can't be said for the fitters! I found them to be very rude, and intimidating in there attitude. They Fitted the carpet but left it very messy. Furniture, sofas stacked on top of each other which as a disabled person found a problem. The experience wasn't great and will go elsewhere in the future.
