Kevin & the team 100% well ansome helpful polite friendly, and the Barnsley Boys carpet fitters top geezers first class every time bedroom lounge stairs, hallway lino bang on they even fitted a new carpet in our touring caravan , say no more .

From walking in the door to the fitters leaving the property the experience was brilliant!
The carpet and lino are perfectly fitted, the product quality is spot on and the customer service was brilliant, answering questions when asked. very polite and professional

Brilliant service
Experience in the shop right the way through to the fitters was brilliant. Lots of choice in the shop and Luke was more than happy to discuss all options with us. He even will order samples in for you if they don’t have what you are looking for in the shop. Luke gave regular updates about delivery and when fitting would be. 2 lads came to fit the carpet and were lovely and really quick. We had a bit of our carpet coming away on the stairs (from previous owners and not United Carpets) and without even mentioning it the lads had fixed it. Great experience from beginning to end and nothing too much. Would recommend thanks all ☺️

Really squeaky divan base
I got delivered the wrong mattress for my bed. This was rectified the very next day which was good. Happy with the mattress however the base is extremely noisy, the slightest movement and its squeaking. Head board rather flimsy too. On balance wouldn't choose that bed base or headboard again.

Right from the start I have received…
Right from the start I have received excellent service. From choosing the carpet, to the measuring, then the price, the fitting, and a huge plus personally speaking, they moved my furniture, lifted and disposed of old carpet literally everything was great. I for one would recommend them, the fitters were very good and another plus, not a swear word across my ears. Thank you United carpets.

Brilliant service from start to finish
Brilliant service from start to finish. The lady that served us in store was very warm and welcoming and she even managed to get us booked in before Christmas say really sorry notice, meaning that we had a beautifully carpeted front room for our Christmas celebrations. The fitters were brilliant and didn't damage my freshly painted skirting boards that hadn't fully cured, which is amazing. I'd highly recommend United Carpets and Beds to all of my friends and family.

Excellent service
Real pleasant experience with this florid company. We were looking to get out HS&L carpeted and our bathroom and toilet vinyl replaced. Has some great advice in the shop on a suitable carpet, they came and measured up same day. When we went back to store to pick, we were pointed to a number of options, including offcuts. They folks there didn’t try and sell us the most expensive stuff and worked out the best deal for us. Fitting was super quick when we confirmed we could go ahead (waiting for an EV charger to be installed before carpet fitted) and a brilliant job compared with the crap job we had last year from another local firm. Couldn’t be happier!
