Just wanted to say a big thank you to all the team at United Carpets at Stechford for a job very well done, following my enquiry your representative Don visited my home in Sutton Coldfield to measure up for a new carpet on the stairs and landing we selected a good quality product and received a quotation for the work to be completed and given a date for fitting. The work was completed by a excellent fitter who certainly knows how to fit carpets the end result was excellent we were very pleased and I would certainly recommend this company to take care of all your flooring requirements Thank you for a job well done 👍

Flooring
The new flooring was well fitted.However, the fitters were not very friendly or welcoming. I felt that it was done with a grudge,even though I paid 125 for the fitting.
Also, the linoleum rips very easily ,so it is hardly fit for purpose. I accept that I chose from the cheaper end but it should still be stronger. It cuts very easily with scissors.

Wonderful staff. No pushy selling. Lots of guidance and experience. Very good prices. I was in need of a really quick fitting just before xmas which they managed to fit me in.

The help to choose was great
The help to choose was great. Some back and forth meant the timing of the fit was delayed.
Biggest gripe - the fitter left all the left over carpet and underlay for me to dispose of. This was a hassle I could have done without.

Carpet with a touch of luxury.
The staff at the store were extremely helpful in helping me choose the right carpet for my living room, stairs and landing. I wanted something hard wearing but I wanted a touch of luxury too. When the carpet was being fitted it looked darker than how it looked in the shop and when I questioned it with the fitter, he said the lighting in the shop would have affected how it looks. I was a little dubious at first but now that I have my new settees and the living room is complete, it looks perfect. The fact that the carpet is a little darker is now a bonus because I’m not insistent on everyone taking off their shoes on entry!!! 😊
