Very unhappy about the service
Very unhappy about the service provided. I was promised a refund on the carpet gripper as it was not used at all. I gave a call to the people at Stechford United carpets and informed them that it was not used and they said that they would sort out the refund but the refund was not provided due to the disappointing lack of proper communication. Cheating customers like this is unacceptable.

Great experience from beginning to end. Just need to add that we always buy flooring from here and never once had any problems. Great company and great service 👏👏

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The carpet fitter was excellent and very professional.

Very good prices and once booked were timely and delivered and fitted very well. The carpet fitters work was ery clean and tidy and we were happy with his work.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to all the team at United Carpets at Stechford for a job very well done, following my enquiry your representative Don visited my home in Sutton Coldfield to measure up for a new carpet on the stairs and landing we selected a good quality product and received a quotation for the work to be completed and given a date for fitting. The work was completed by a excellent fitter who certainly knows how to fit carpets the end result was excellent we were very pleased and I would certainly recommend this company to take care of all your flooring requirements Thank you for a job well done 👍
