Reliable honest company. Helpful surveyor when measuring carpet. Fitters very helpful and moved furniture for me. No fuss or be quibble. Store has plenty of variety and helpful advice.

Team was amazing sent some one out same day to measure up I went picked what I wanted when delivered the team that came to fit my flooring were just very polite and cleaned up after am 100% happy with the completed job all round. Would definitely recommend United carpets.

Extremely proffesional
Firstly upon my visit to the shop it was the professionalism of the staff. They were attentive without being intrusive, very polite, patient and best of all friendly. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted as there was such an excellent choice, but with the managers guidance we agreed on a final choice. This was followed by a visit to measure up and ensure I was happy with everything and finally the day of fitting.
I would personally like to thank Managers Cesali and her lovely husband also Don for measuring and arranging the fitters Wyheed and Nassum. All in all a really great experience and I would certainly shop here again.

I recently purchased and had my carpets fitted by United Carpets (Stechford) and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. The team was punctual, friendly, and highly skilled, ensuring the carpet was laid perfectly with great attention to detail.
The quality and value of the carpet and underlay was excellent, and they took the time to properly prepare the floor before fitting, ensuring a flawless finish. They also cleaned up after themselves, leaving no mess behind.
The pricing was competitive, and the customer service throughout was fantastic. I would highly recommend (UC Stechford) to anyone looking for a reliable and professional carpet fitting service.

FIRST AND LAST TIME!!!
This was the first time and will be the last time!! we went to United carpets and received a very bad service… got the wrong colour fitted.. would have had the whole house carpet fitted but with this error changed our mind. Thank God!! Customer service unprofessional was very rude. Instead of reimbursing the full amount offered 50% discount?! caused inconvenience! Terrible service will definitely not be coming back to those store!!

Really pleased with our new carpet and the customer service throughout. Very kindly made us some rugs of the extra carpet without us requesting, and gave us extras such as some of the thresholds with no extra charge. Would happily use them again, and have recommended to family.
