Excellent company
This is the fifth time I have bought a carpet from United Carpets and I have always been very happy with the results. The store had a wide range of samples and it was easy to find exactly what I wanted. They were able to come and measure the same day. The fitters did an excellent job and the final result is superb.

Our Son faced a no fault eviction was…
Our Son faced a no fault eviction was able to get a flat at the last minute and required flooring for bedroom and Lounge. So thanks to Rhiana and Keaten it was all fitted within a few days, the fitters have done a fantatic job. Thank you to everyone.

Very unhappy about the service
Very unhappy about the service provided. I was promised a refund on the carpet gripper as it was not used at all. I gave a call to the people at Stechford United carpets and informed them that it was not used and they said that they would sort out the refund but the refund was not provided due to the disappointing lack of proper communication. Cheating customers like this is unacceptable.

Found the carpet we liked
Found the carpet we liked, got good honest advice on underlay, no upselling. The carpet arrived on the day it was booked fitted in good time to a high quality, used this company a few times now, you get a good service for a great price. I would definitely recommend them
