Absolutely fed up with this company. Ordered a bra on 5/2 and still waiting. I've sent two e mails, no response requesting an update, no response. Poor customer service, lousy company. Don't buy!

Hi there, I am sorry that you have felt the need to post this.
As stated on the website prior to you purchasing the order, and also highlighted on your confirmation email once the order had been placed, there was a 2-3 week delay with the availability of the Fantasie Illusion due to a stock issue with the manufacturer which is Industry wide unfortunately.
An email was sent to you as soon as we were advised by the manufacturer that the delay of the new stock would be longer than expected. We have since been waiting on a reply from you advising if you would be willing to wait further or would prefer a refund.
If you could please come back to us as to how you wish to proceed and we will action immediately

Delivered a great service!
After reading the reviews after placing my order I was a little worried. However a friendly online chat with a member of staff reassured me and confirmed my order was due to be dispatched. People are always keen to write a bad review and I feel that on this occasion praise needs to be acknowledged for the fast efficient service of this company - ordered late on Monday received on Saturday. Great service & prices - will no doubt be ordering again! Bravo 👏

I wish I had read the earlier reviews before ordering from this company on 19 December. I have had the same problem. Order placed and money deducted before revealing it was a 4 week wait. Now 27th January! Refund requested.

Apologies for the delay in processing your order which was caused by a stock issue with the manufacturer meaning that no stock of the range was available for any stockist. It is rare that there is a long delay in the stock being available, however we have made a change to our website so that any delay is now shown prior to adding the item to your basket.
Unfortunately we have no control over when payment is taken. Where possible we process at the point of shipping but a lot of card providers automatically process when the order was placed

Not happy about this company they should check they're stock to make sure they can complete an order before taking your order and money! I have been told (after I had ordered and paid) that they didn't have the particular bra I wanted and it would be 2/3 weeks before they had it in. Certainly not a good way to run a company, I will NOT be ordering again from them!

Purchased on 2/7/21 today is 27/7/21 and still waiting.
I have contacted them several times where they keep holding off sending it out again as they are waiting for Royal Mail’s response.
It’s not good enough to be waiting this long.
I am about to ask for a refund.
