Full house of windows and doors, less than 5 yrs old, kitchen (2 casements and 1 fitted section) have long appeared to be leaking air, clear on corners when rest steams up while cooking, constant feeling of a draught and that there is a window open in the room (gas vents shut)

When i was eventually able to get a call out organised after disputing the discretionary call out fee (applicable after 2 yrs) Colin arrived to "fine tune" the windows and agreed that one casement was misaligned and the centre needed packing out. Issue does appear to be solved as cooking today steamed up the entire window. Slightly concerned I was asked if "anyone had explained condensation to me" All in all, issue resolved .

I have to say considering all other companies, they are more reliable and cheaper. Installation guys are extremely good, fast and they do care about your belongings. Last final word, I am very happy. Piero

I had no hassle with this company. Windows ordered and completed within 4 weeks. Made a massive difference. My house feels much warmer and im delighted with the results . New door looks great.

UPVC company have replaced windows and doors in my own home and a property i rent out.
They have always had swift lead times and work is completed in a clean and tidy way.

My property is much warmer and less drafty after replacing windows and doors

Absolutely terrible company do not go with. Do not comply with the 10 year guarantee so basically not worth a thing.

Just had 2 windows and patio doors fitted. 3rd house I have had done with this company. Always a great job, and tidy up after.

Had two storm doors fitted. Horrendous job which must have been carried out by Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles.
Firstly the guy who came to measure the doors,measured my neighbours door and not mines.
Steve and Ray fitted the doors,which don't close properly have rubber seals lying loose,gaps below the doors and one door is a different size from the other,and they also broke the glass above the doors.
Sent email with photo's to Iain in sales,on 10th Oct and he said that he would pass my mail and pictures on to the installation manager,still waiting on a reply from him after 9days or indeed anyone from the company.
My advice is don't bother getting doors from them,just buy yourself a lump of wood and gaffer tape it on your self.

Update..5th Dec.
Phoned them last week.
The number for them is a premium rate number,but they don't advertise that fact.

Guy came out today to fix the broken glass and the gap at the bottom of the doors.
Guess what?
The part he brought to fix the gap was too short again,as they cut it to the same measurement as the orginal bit on the door,which if you check above was the measurements for my neighbours doors.

Can I take back my one star and leave a negative 9 stars.

Had to order 2 windows for my shed and the UPVC Company had the best deal. Delivery was prompt and the guys are really friendly. Would definately use them again. Great job!

Used this company a few times over the years and have always had spot on service from them , always called me to make sure everything I ordered was correct before manufacturing and another call to confirm delivery dates. Would definitely purchase from them again.

I ordered two windows and a patio door from this company/Facebook seller. The door was an mis-measure and was advertised as brand new.

However, when it arrived on site you could tell this was previously fitted somewhere else.

It arrived with missing beads and no glazing. I was ensured the glazing would be dropped off the following week. 6 weeks later and 8 weeks since it was all ordered I’m still waiting for the glazing.

Josh who sold me the windows is no longer responding to my messages or calls.

Peter who he put me on to won’t answer my calls on his mobile. Sometimes you get lucky and catch him out by ringing the office. He comes back with the same story, I need to chase the guy for the glazing.

Stay away from this crowd, they’re completely unprofessional. An absolute joke of a company.

I’ll be taking them to the small claims court over this.

Take the money and run!!!!

Josh sold me the doors, that’s correct but he’s working out of your shop, selling your mis measured doors and windows. He also stated the door were brand new and never fitted.

Your worker Peter was also involved. He dropped the windows, door and glazing in a UPVC van. The doors were viewed at your warehouse.

If your team treat everyone the way they treated me, you should look at getting new staff.

Your sales man was amazing. Finally got me answers…. As for the rest!!!

Fitted the glazing and didn’t finish the job, left the door not locking. I had to pay someone else to come and fix it after promises of an engineer/Peter coming to fix it.

The men smoked in my shed while installing the glazing.

Completely unprofessional in my eyes.

It was a supply only job, but the door was f**ked from the get go… hence why they agreed to come and fix it!!!!

Again AVOID people.

Had 7 windows and 2 doors fitted. Hassle from start to finish. Iain the sales rep gave great price and no hard sell. The window fitters Jim and Steph turned up on time both days and fitted windows with a great quality finish. The windows and doors are excellent quality.

Communication, quality, staff and price all excellent. Will definitely use again.

After Four months reply from this company. I could not get a reply. My MP could not get a reply. Trading standards could not urge them to reply. NOW a grudging sort of apology AND no refund of £42 phone call to a LOCAL company. Not really acceptable. Still And no contact with me at all. Won’t answer calls or e mails for past FOUR months. Great management.

Really good company to deal with. We had both our front and back door replaced by them over the last few years and were delighted with the results both in terms of the quality and look of the door and the fitting process.
We had an issue with the back door being stiff to lock after a few months (within warranty) - someone came round and sorted it no hassle. Staff are always friendly and efficient.

From start to finish a professional experience. Knowledgeable estimate, competitive price, and Jim made a great job fitting the window and doors. All looks great. have already recommended this company to a friend and she has placed an order.
