From my original contact with Ian the company has been very professional and willing to assist in helping us achieve the look we wanted for our home. Ian originally came to measure and provide an instant quotation and the company has been very patient as we changed our order several times to meet the changing vision we had. The showroom has a lot of displays available considering it's size and this helped us reach a decision as it's good to see the products up close rather than on a brochure. Our order was sent for manufacture once we had decided on the final look and even the quote still remained reasonable, competitive and less than some other companies I had out to quote. Our order was manufactured quickly to meet a deadline for other work we had booked to be carried out and my doors and windows were installed by Jim, Steph (possibly Colin) and team. The guys all worked efficiently, tirelessly and took great care to keep the place tidy and caused no disruption to us or our neighbours while they were here. Our order for the full house was completed over two days and our old doors, windows and any waste from the install was taken away. The final look is absolutely stunning and I can't thank Ian, Jim, Steph and the full team enough for their patience dealing with us and the care and quality workmanship they provided. I paid for my order in full right away even although some minor works, as you would expect were required shortly after, but they turned up when they said they would and done also what they came to do. The materials used were of high quality and it was great to learn that the glass used is energy efficient which helps keep the heat in and it's also peace of mind to know we have a guarantee. We love our new windows and doors and everytime we clean them they shine up highly with no blemishes or glass bevelled looks like I've seen from other companies. If I ever need windows and doors again I will use the UPVC company and I have already recommended them to family and will continue to do so. If you are looking to replace your windows, doors or both then give this company a chance, especially if you are local as they are really friendly, competitive and provide great after sales support, you won't be dissapointed. A very good experience from start to finish, from Robin to the fitters it was a very easy choice to make and couldn't be happier with our window's and door.

This will be the 5th time I’ve used UPVC company across various properties. From initial contact with Robin to obtain prices, right through to the fitting of the new composite door and making payment, everything was so easy and effortless. Fitters turned up promptly, worked away without fuss, and completed the job efficiently and to a high standard. I’d never hesitate to recommend the company and staff to anyone. Great job done, and I’m a happy customer.

Bought 9 windows and 4 doors 2 .5 years ago had nothing but problems since day one with windows calls and emails and still no joy in getting resolved .Must have had every reason and promise under the sun to not resolve the issues .Been left with windows letting in wind and rain then told it was the trickle vent letting in rain which it does not have them told to put towels town to catch the rain having to keep heavy heavy curtains up and also extra heater on due to cold coming in windows .Would I recommend no now having to do a court order as a last resort for this .Put off doing review as not good for business but now as last promise broke after being told it would be done today that the glass has been deliver all smashed .Have asked for call backs and complaint procedure never receive these calls and having to chase and chase all the time .Now at the stage of having to also get another company to do new windows due to dad workman ship .Hate doing bad reviews but now no other option.Would not have given any stars but had to give 1 to publish .

Good system for ordering on line and prices ok but had trouble with website yesterday. Just couldn't get order through but tried early this morning and all ok.

Theirs website explains all the details for the windows that we wanted so could make a proper decision. The change for delivery i think is a bit high but it might depend on the distance.
Happy with the service, would definitely recommend it.

An amazing company to go with if you are thinking of getting new windows or doors!!

The salesman put zero pressure on us to sign anything right away and explained everything to us whenever we asked. This was nice as we had pervious companies round and they it felt like they would not leave our house until we signed for a sale, so it was nice that UPVC did not do this. The salesman also helped us pick the perfect designs for the windows and doors and made sure everything was perfect with out order and we were 100% happy with our order by going over it with us face to face before any order was made.

Once we placed the order the salesman kept us updated on everything as our order moved forward. Even when they came round to double check all measurements before ordering the windows the guy was in and out the hiuse very quickly and professionally with minimal disturbance to our day. Once our windows and doors were ready they also made sure that the installation fitted around our schedule and made it easy for us.

The install itself was fantastic, the installers round were very nice and friendly to us all. They went straight to work and from the get go you can tell these men had years of experience in this field as within minutes they had our old windows off and getting it ready for the new windows. They also made sure they were very professional on site and even when we forgot to move items from the area they carefully moved them and informed us after where they were moved so we would know. Took them two days to install five windows and three doors, very professionally with not one flaw to be found (Trust me I looked unwillingly as I have a mild case of OCD 😂). Can honestly say we are very happy with this install, and they made sure to clean up after themself leaving no rubbish behind.

They new windows and doors are amazing and so much better than we can imagine. Also knowing that they are covered for 15 years is even better as it puts our mind at ease if anything was to go wrong with the windows we can get the original company to come and repair.

I would give UPVC Comapny 100/100 as a company. Just want to say a massive than you to the salesman (Ian) for not forcing us and answering all our questions before placing an order and a massive thank you to the installation team for the very professional and fast job they preformed.

Will definitely be recommending UPVC Company to anyone I know who wants new windows or doors.

Bought my front door with a 10 year guarantee. 6 years having the door which had a few minor problems. Now developed major faults. Windows have condensation inside them and cracks on the plastic. Contacted customer service and advised that these faults are not covered. Asked what is covered in the 10 year guarantee. Advised to send a copy of original receipt to allow them to get the supplier to send me their guarantee. No reply to this email. Sent an email to Mr McGill who says that these problems are not covered. Asked what is covered and no reply. I note on their website that they now offer a 15 year guarantee. I would take this with a pinch of salt! I had someone look at the door who offers 10 year guarantees with his windows and doors and says everything covered by his guarantee and also he has never seen this problem with any of his doors. It requires a replacement front panel.I would think very carefully before choosing this company and their products in light of my experience.

Fantastic job from start to finish, workmen were friendly, hardworking also cleaned up after themselves, I will definitely recommend UPVC Company to family and friends, love my new windows.

I was very happy with the way everything was explained to us before we purchased the windows and doors, this was done at the showroom in Wishaw, we went to the showroom in December 2023 and the doors and windows were fitted in February 2024.
The installation was done very professionally and speedily, the fitters were extremely careful in and around my house and very positive in their expediency of fitting out the contract.
I would gladly recommend UPVC Doors to anyone as the price was very good and their efficiency in fitting was great also.

I required 5 new windows, because my previous experience with the UPVC door and window company was a positive experience I contacted them to get a quotation for the work. Ian Black called to measure up and prepare the quotation, no high pressure sales, just sound advice. We decided to go ahead with the work and an installation date was arranged. The window fitters arrive on site at 08.00hrs and worked all day on the installation. The fitters were skilled tradesmen and payed great attention to detail, resulting in a first class job. One of the windows had a mark on the glass, a replacement unit was ordered and fitted, no quibble or hassle just good customer service. The 15 year guarantee shows the quality of the product. Would defiantly recommend this company.
