Poor Communication and no product
Placed an order for a fridge, paid extra for 1-2 delivery. I did not receive an email to confirm, I have checked my bank account and the amount has been deducted. I have called the phone number listed on the website and I have written in the web chat.

I bought a wheelie bin from this company. The parcel arrived within the scheduled time but the communication with the company was very limited. I received no answer to my emails chat inquiries or phone calls.

We've investigated the status of your order, which appears to have been delivered and signed for this morning at 9:30am. Today is the third day of the 2-3 working day delivery lead time, as such the ordered lead times have been met.
