They are very helpful. I have no problem when I call . The USCCA and they have very good professionals workers. That answers there phones and they answered all my questions when I have any questions to ask. They will get the answers for you when I call and they don’t put me on hold.when I call . I like there classes on there videos it really helps me. To really think when I’m watching there videos and it helps me a lot. And it teaches me how to be aware of my surroundings when I’m out with my family. I can go on and on with a lot of good things about the USCCA but I have to say I made a good choice of picking a good and honest insurance company. That well protect me and my wife. Very professional knowledgeable. I've had to find anybody that has stared me wrong. I would highly recommend this company to cover your needs in case you have to use your second amendment right to protect you or your family. In this day and age, unfortunately we shouldn't even have to have this but we do everybody stay safe Godspeed.

Joined USCCA about 9 months ago. I have attended several live seminars which were very informational and very well presented. They have a huge selection of online tutorials also. I have called them a half dozen times and receive prompt and courteous caring advisers more than happy to help you.
A very good group to do business with and be associated with AND as a responsible gun owner to have in your corner. I strongly recommend them especially if you own or surely carry a gun

They answer your call quickly and you get to talk to a real person in the United States. They are very patient and don’t try to hurry you. They will walk you through any problem you may have and make sure that you are satisfied with the help that you receive.

Great Organization

I had a billing issue with my account…
I had a billing issue with my account that I couldn't fix on my own. 0830 in the morning on a Sunday, a very kind and knowledgeable lady, by the name of Jessica, quickly helped me resolve the issue, ensured I was up to date on all the changes and benefits available and even offered advice on stretching my experience.
These are just a few of the reasons I have stayed with USCCA all these years, the "Insurance" and "assurance" tells me I am in good hands in this crazy world of uncertainty. Responsible gun owners need a go to while staying up with all the changing laws and reinstated RIGHTS, USCCA has our back!

There was a communication glitch somewhere between their website and one of their customer vendor's, preventing me from completing an order. Their member advisor team responded the old fashion way and after some effort, solved the problem. This was the kind of response and attitude rarely seen in today's marketplace. There was a legitimate desire and determination to solve the problem and it was visible at all levels of the company.
