Hallo. ich habe mit usenet überhaupt nichts zu tun und bekam eine email vom inkassodienst ich solle über 300 Euro zahlen. Wofür das denn?? Ich habe mit Sicherheit kein Abo dort abgeschlossen und frage mich wie es dazu kommt?!

ACHTUNG ! Wer dort ein ABO bucht sollte gut aufpassen wenn es abläuft. Fristgrmäss gekündigt,ist diese komischerweise angeblich nicht angekommen und man wird gezwungen ein weiteres Jahr zu bezahlen. UNSERIÖS !!!

Meine Tochter hat ein Probeabo abgeschlossen und auch gleich wieder widerrufen. Dafür habe ich sogar die Bestätigungse-mail. Trotzdem sendet uns die Firma atriga irgendwelche Forderungen. Das scheint eine Inkasso Firma zu sein. Sie haben nicht einmal eine E-Mail-Adresse rausgerückt, damit ich Ihnen die Kündigungsbestätigung senden kann! Alles extrem unseriös.

Wie viele andere schon vor mir geschrieben haben. Reiner Betrug. Habe niemals ein Jahresabo abonniert und trotzdem wurden runde 95 Euro berechnet. PAyPal ist scheinbar mit denen unter einer Decke. Käuferschutz wurde abgelehnt. PayPal sollte man auch gleich kündigen !

The scammers continue to cause havoc, this is what you call total dishonesty at its highest level , now they sent in a debit collection company to Claim money from my as I've blocked there advances into my PayPal account ! Which I didn't agree to paying a monthly subscription all this for an mp3 download music which I didn't go ahead with , these people can continue to make innocent people suffer , is there a way of bringing this company down ?
I have sent all emails to uk authorities to be investigated further

Hace un mes y un poco más les escribí comentando que iba a demandarlos si seguían acosando con sus correos electrónicos y la estafa del contenido que supuestamente ofrecen y no es así. Adjunté varias páginas en donde se les denunciaba, capturas de los correos de la cancelación y confirmación de la anulación. Ese mismo día me respondieron confirmando que ya no tenía ni un inconveniente y desde entonces, estoy libre de sus correos.

Haganlo y verán que funciona. Deben ser firmes y directos.

Eigentlich habe ich eine zweite Handynummer für solche unseriöse Unternehmen. Aber kaum benutzt man die Handynummer eine Weile nicht wird sie auch schon gesperrt. Also musste ich leider meine persönliche Handynummer für die Anmeldung bei Usenet angeben, weil es sonst mit der Anmeldung nicht weiter ging, was schon dreist genug ist.

Jedenfalls bekomme ich seitdem Spamnachrichten mit unseriösen Links die ich anklicken soll!!! Außerdem war die Anmeldung für die Katz, weil mir etwas versprochen wurde, was es nicht gab. Ich habe das Ganze sofort wieder gekündigt. DANKE FÜR NICHTS USENET.

Very short: They charged 100€!!! from my bank account,just because I was not cancel on time my trial period...if I'll be rich, I will do everyting TO CLOSE WHAT COMPANY I'm sure is not illegal saying that you have some film but realy you don't. AT LEAST IT'S LYING FOR ALL OF PEOPLE AROUND THE WORLD.Usenet, you are not good people and you know what...you know exacly you are playing dirty games....

99.96 € all'anno per un servizio che NON so cosa sia, NON ho mai sottoscritto e NON ho mai voluto.
non si riesce a comunicare con nessuno, le numerose mail mandate non ricevono risposta.

We were not sure how to use it. They require 3 apps and and newsletter be downloaded and then it didn't work. We vpcontacted them for help and were told "it's too much info to email you. They gave addresses for info and they were blank and now emails are blocked. They stole our money and obviously are a scam that does illegal file share.

I have to say after reading all the reviews on here, I thought I've made a big mistake....
I immediately tried to cancel my trial and I ended up at a page asking me to call or email them " to complete the process "...
I sent an email with a screen shot of their request to call or email and I received an email confirmation from them in just 8 (EIGHT) minutes, that the trial was cancelled.

Usenet truffa ,, mi chiedono 104,96€ ,, coincidenza?? la stessa cifra,, ho fatto il periodo di prova e il giorno dopo di aver creato l’account “quindi in pieno diritto di chiuderlo” ho iniziato il lungo percorso per chiuderlo senza mai riuscire ne a contattare con loro e neanche a chiuderlo,, ora vogliono soldi

Vorsicht. Ich habe Usenet gekündigt und trotzdem kommen forderungen mit Androhung eines Inkassobüros. Habe nochmals gekündigt und die letzte Forderung bezahlt, aber diesesmal habe ich die Bestätigung der Kündigung aufgehoben. Bei nochmaliger Forderung schalte ich meinen Anwalt ein und werde Klagen. LASST DIE FINGER VON USENET.
