bonjours a tous j'ai reçu aussi pareil que vous je c'est meme pas pourquoi il veule me prélever et il mon envoyer un email que je devrais payer et ma banque il ma appeller et heuresement la centrale de banque le voyer que il trouver quelque chose de bizarre la personne elle a fait un rejet j'ai contacter ma conseiller il ma dit de le bloqué, j'ai bloqué et chaque prélevement que je vais recevoir de chez eux ca va etre rejeté en moin 99,96€ en gros 100€ ce que sa fait arnaque et profiteur d'argent

It's a scam. One thing is that the service doesn't hold its promise, another is that they make it impossible to cancel the trial period.

They are obviously counting on cancellations not going through as part of their business model, and charging people cards against their will. As such it's a criminal organization - stay far away!

Les recomiendo hacer una cuenta PayPal, en donde no metan los datos de su tarjeta, al ser apps "free trial" no les cobrarán aunque sea una estafa si usan la cuenta PayPal.

As I cancelled my account I can no longer log in to find the phone number of my customer ID (note this is different from your account ID). Sent them an email and then cancelled the sub on Paypal.

If all else fails go to there Facebook site at Usenet.nl or Usenet.nl.US and let everyone know it's a SCAM! Hopefully, stop anyone from being another victim.

I subscribed to a 14 day trial and like many quickly was faced with the difficulty of unsubscribing and locked into a 1 year plan. They will hunt you down and make you pay with a debt collector, so the only viable push back is legal support. If this has happened to you, report it to econsumer.gov and your local authorities, the more of us who report it, the more likely they will be investigated and face criminal charges.

It's a total scam. They ask for payment to activate the free account. The next thing is still unable to sign in. Thought I forgot the password and get it reset but still unable to sign in. Wrote numerous email to the email address (apparently i tried to state it here but was not allow to) which sent the email for payment, but never received any reply. Then decide to contact their CS, to acknowledge the issue. The next thing I know unable to contact them anymore. Saying the website is no longer available through the link.

Ich war über 10 Jahre Kunde von Usenet nl.
Nach den technischen Problemen bei Usenet.nl im April 2020 konnte ich das Programm nicht mehr nutzen. Auf kein Mail erfolgte eine Reaktion bzw. nicht mal eine Antwort.
Als ich darauf kündigte und meine Zahlung einstellte, wurden mit Strafgelder berechnet und ein Inkassodienst angekündigt.
Das ist keine gute Geschäftsmetode!
Mitstreiter, es gibt bestimmt noch andere Anbieter auf dem Markt. Ich habe mich auch umgesehen. Ich möchte Euch nur den Tipp geben, Finger weg von Usenet.nl. Service und Kundendienst könnt ihr hier wirklich nicht erwarten.
Ich habe meinen Frust auch Usenet.nl per Mail nochmal mitgeteilt. Interessiert die aber überhaupt nicht.
Fazit, Euer Geld ist bei anderen sicher besser aufgehoben.

Al parecer todos han llegado a esa página por algo que desean tener. Y todos tienen el mismo problema. Pues si, han sido estafados por la gente detrás de este web site. Lo que se debe de hacer es denunciar a esa página masivamente a las autoridades correspondientes.

complete scumbags. I sent a cancellation email as I couldn't get through on the phone. if you use paypal to sign up then remember to cancel the subscription. I didn't and got stung. I'm still arguing with them over it. they will not acknowledge any attempt to read emails sent showing clearly my attempts to contact them. this company is the worse kind of thieving scumbags you are lightly to find. please please please dont sign up you WILL get scammed. i know this review is harsh but its true and MY experience of them

Habe die 14tägige kostenlose Testphase abgeschlossen. Erst hat alles prima geklappt. Nachdem ich aber mein Highspeedkontingent aufgebraucht und daher das Testabo kündigen wollte, hat das leider nicht geklappt. Man muss im Verlauf des Kündigungsprozesses "zur Sicherheit" sein Passwort eingeben. Dann erscheint die Meldung, dass das Passwort nicht korrekt wäre (obwohl ich mich damit gerade erst eingeloggt hatte). Definitiv war die Passworteingabe korrekt, aber leider kommt man auf diesem Wege dann nicht weiter. Über das Kontaktformular habe ich dies an den Support weitergegeben und gebeten, mir die Kündigung auf diesem Wege zu bestätigen. Nach allem was ich hier lese, habe ich jedoch wenig Hoffnung. Nun gut, wenn sie versuchen abzubuchen, wird zurückgebucht. Von mir bekommen die jedenfalls kein Geld. Egal womit sie drohen.

Me registre por una cuenta free para poder debloquear puntos extra de un juego, al registrarme ingrese datos de paypal y decía si mi cuenta no tenía saldo me cobrarían de mi tarjeta de debito vinculada a paypal, me llamo mucho la atención eso y quise cancelar la suscripción lo cual era bastante complejo , envié muchos correos para cancelar suscripción pero nada, al leer los comentarios de esta página leí que se podía bloquear pagos por paypal , pero lo que no se es que de igual manera me cobraran por mi tarjeta de debito , es una maldita página de porqueria espero la logren cerrar para siempre

Betrugsseite, keine Leistung, Finger weg. Der Betreiber arbeitet ziemlich gut mit Inkasso Unternehmen zusammen. Auch wenn man sein Vertrag fristgerecht widerruft, bekommt man trotzdem Inkasso auf den Hals gehetzt.
