A pleasure doing business.
I saw the car I wanted and they agreed to hold it until I came back from holiday. The salesperson, Ed, spent a lot of time going through all the details necessary and explained everything. The test drive was perfect as was the handover. It took a long time but the customer service and professionalism was first class.

Don’t expect any customer service when you leave the forecourt
Great in selling the car to me but then when I tried to call them after to discuss an issue. Which is a big Security Risk! They have not returned my calls or my emails.
With something that is such a security risk, they would have been back in touch.

Shocking customer service & Disregard to Customer Rights Act 2015
Shocking customer service – Refusing repairs on a mechanical failure after just 1,300 miles.
I purchased a 2020 Land Rover Evoque from V12 Sports & Classics, along with a 24-month warranty. After driving just 1,300 miles, an Amber Engine Management Light appeared. My local garage formally diagnosed a physical, internal mechanical fracture (a cracked ceramic core) of the DPF, which consequently choked the Low-Pressure EGR valve. The repair quote is over £2,450.
Despite my local garage explicitly confirming this is a structural mechanical component failure and NOT a routine driving-style soot blockage, V12 initially issued a boilerplate rejection trying to blame my driving habits. They are completely ignoring my statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which dictates that a vehicle must be of satisfactory quality and that faults appearing within the first six months are legally presumed to be inherent at the point of sale.
Furthermore, I am a primary carer for my vulnerable, 80-year-old mother who relies on me for medical transport, and V12’s refusal to honor their legal obligations has left me effectively stranded.
I am incredibly disappointed with their stance, and level of customer service with due to failed promises of telephone call etc. I have now escalated this matter as a formal Quality of Goods dispute with my finance provider (Admiral Money) and will be taking this to Trading Standards and the Financial Ombudsman if it is not resolved immediately. Avoid buying from here if you expect any form of aftersales care or reliability, and don't get hassled into buying the tracker, as mine was never installed after paying for it. Avoid this dealership!!

Sardar was very welcoming. All staff went above and beyond to help. I had tried to reserve a car from their Stoke branch a couple of days before but that had already been reserved. Sadar noticed that the original car was now available and a member of staff went to Stoke to bring the car for me to test drive. When I got home I had some trouble with the battery. I left a message for V12 and they got back to me promptly. I took the car to a local Halfords to get a new battery and V12 refunded me straight away. I honestly can’t fault the service.
Love my new car and have had no further issues.

Great experience at V12 with Liam Jones and “H”. Friendly and extremely helpful, went over and beyond to get us a deal that suited our budget. Despite it being very busy and very late we weren’t rushed and they took their time to make sure everything was understood and we were happy! We got a beautiful car and a cracking deal, very pleased with our purchase, thank you both!
