Thank you for your review, we do appreciate it all.

I have been able to locate an account in the name of Stephen Watt however, unfortunately, I have not been able to locate any correspondence with our Support Team at all.

That really is a shame as there are a few things that we could have helped with.

Downloading should take minutes only, It is a straightforward download and unzip. Any issues that you may have had, we can help.

I am not sure what you may mean regarding the navigation tool, and as someone who uses it daily, I have not experienced this at all and would like to know exactly what is happening there for you.

We have over 100 pre-made objects that you can use in your layout (with another 200+ being added in V3) however, we will never be able to provide variations of all to suit everyone, that is why we supply 3D shapes so that you can create your own (or adapt existing ones)

AutoSave is only to be used as a safety net, the user selects the time interval that this flashes up. Personally, I set it as every 30 mins and save it manually after placing a new object.

The files are vandata files. Specific to vanspace and stored locally on your device.

Finally, yes, there is a recognised bug in the mirror feature, the update is imminent however, we also have a fix that you can use. Bugs are normal in all software and we jump on them quickly.

Hi Zade,

I am a little confused by this review as I have been speaking with you myself.

You had contacted us requesting a refund however, you stated that you had been charged twice.

We had to respond to ask for the correct email address of your account as the wrong one had been provided, once received we were unable to locate any double charges.

We then responded asking you to provide some further information to help us locate this, to which this morning we have received a response stating that the fault lay with your banking app and that you had not been double charged.

I had already responded prior to reading this review with a satisfactory resolution for you.

I think a 1-star review for dealing with your query exactly how you wanted us to is very unfounded.

With regard to your comments on our software, we are always improving with every single update and appreciate all of the feedback that we receive, however, we must be doing something right for our customers to be able to create layouts such as these

Hi Kelly,

Thank you for your review.

Our software will not look like the advert whilst in the design stage this is true.

Our advert is an animation giving multiple design ideas, and does not show any interaction at all

Clicking on more info ( you have to do this to purchase so you can not miss it ) will show you the software in action and being used.

Once you have created your layout, the results are indeed just like those shown in our advert, you can check many examples here.

Hi Josiah,

Thank you for your very constructive review.

It is really good that you feel our software is easy to use, and that you also appreciate the selection of templates that we offer.

We do value all feedback and so I can confirm that the following features are being added in our next update very shortly.

200+ new pre-made objects - all suggested by our users
Layering so that grouped objects can be hidden to allow for section viewing

Snap to wall is not possible with a van shaped template. The outside area of the template must remain interactive so that objects such as vents are visible both externally and internally.

Snapping to wall would mean that this would not be possible. It would also cause objects to slant to the shape of the van template which, when for example you are placing wall cabinets, would not be helpful to your layout.

By exporting to drawings, you mean blueprints, which will be found in software that cost hundreds/thousands. We offer dedicated software for van converters for $19 per year.

Finally, our refund policy is very clear and transparent and displayed prior to and during the purchase process. This really should be read in full.

We always refund in full if there is a technical issue with our software that we can not resolve.

I am sorry that you feel that this would not be helpful when creating your layout however due to the vast amount of users that feel differently, we know we are doing something right.

Thank you for your review, we really do appreciate it.

You are quite right as $19 for one years access for the only software dedicated to van conversion, it is incredible.

We do have a great library of vans and with the new features coming in V3, it will be pretty much unlimited.

The reason for this is that every single pre-made van template will be totally adjustable so if we don't have your correct year, it will not matter.

The new custom template generator means that you will be able to create just about every kind of template, OK you are not going to be able to create boats and helicopters but then we would not be called vanspace.

We are adding 200+ more pre made objects in V3, all requested by our users however, the 3D shapes that we also offer are invaluable for creating your own.

We also have a new nifty feature for the new objects in that all can be separated into elements, and each one adjusted to fit your needs.

I can't agree that only basic designs can be created as we have some incredibly detailed ones being shared with us by our users on our Social Media.

Hey Mitch,

I am really sorry to hear that you feel this way.

If you want to check out our Instagram, you can actually see some great layouts shared with us by our users.

We are not a CAD software, and so you really do not need any experience at all.

Even if you have no experience with living design software, we have walkthroughs, tutorials and guides that cover everything.

It does matter to us that you think our software is not user friendly; however, it is essential also to understand that you are not dealing with square shapes rooms and straight walls, but sloped and curved shapes of very different sizes.

I have reviewed your communication with our Teams and put the swearing to one side they have received; they really have tried to help you.

You have mentioned that you are finding the software slow on your system, which we can help with very easily once we have received some information about your system.

I can see that we responded within 24 hours to your original email; however, you mentioned that you had deleted and not read it. Once you informed us of this, we resent it.

All we need now is to get this information to advise if we can resolve it.

If we can not, we will refund you in full, but we are going to try.

I am not sure if you have realised that we are in the CET time zone?

I have this morning responded to a Facebook Messenger from someone called Danielle. It was received at 20-18 in the evening and was picked up at the beginning of the day today.

We are just waiting for a response so that we can locate your account and any previous communications.

UPDATE :

Danielle was able to communicate directly with us via Messenger

Unfortunately the review does not appear to be updated even though completely untrue

We absolutely provide a valuable 'real tool' to create a 3D layout of your van conversion.

If we did not, our users would not share their layouts with us, created within our software. Must be doing something right!

I have been communicating with you. It seems that you are unhappy with using 3D shapes occasionally to create your preferred particular objects, to fit in your specific van template.

Whilst we provide you with many pre-made objects ( and another 200+ being added in V3), these shapes will be needed as we can not possibly provide you with every single variation of every single object.

This is not a software limitation; it really is a personal preference with these shapes expected to be used in 3D design software.

You are quite right that we do not refund if we have provided our software in good faith, exactly as described and shown, it has been used and no technical issues are experienced.

That is pretty standard with software.

Thank you for your review.

Considering the thousands of users that we have, we do not have that many reviews; however, you will notice some below that state that our software is too basic.

When we receive such varying reviews, we then understand that we have to accommodate all users skill sets and ensure that we add the more complicated features for those who want more and provide more basic for others.

So we are making sure all are covered in our new V3 .

We aren't like any other software that you will have used previously, as these probably would have been limited to easy square/rectangular spaces and straight walls. vanspace3D is dedicated to van conversion, and so we need to accommodate all of the slopes and unusual shapes that every van or bus contains.

We also need to consider that in van conversion, it is not very likely that you will use standard-sized furniture. It would be a little bit like trying to fit a square peg into a round hole, and because of this, we make sure that we provide the features that will allow you to adjust everything manually.

I can see that our Support Team are in direct communication with you and have been providing a lot of support to get you up and running.

Regarding being cheaply made, this is not possible, not with a full Development Team working around the clock.

I personally recommend practising with the pre-made layouts in the Get Inspired section of your online account. These are great to download and play around with to get used to the features.

We would never ignore anyone's request, and so if you received an automated response, we received your email.

I have checked your communications with us and can see that every single one was replied to; however, undelivered with the reason mailbox full/unavailable at the time.

I am sorry to hear that you felt that we were simply ignoring you, and because of this, we were more than happy to accept the refund request via your card provider as we had no other way to try and get in touch.

We even scoured our Facebook Community to see if you were a member.

You have totally hit the nail on the head of what we provide and what we are constantly developing for the future. For $20 we provide a valuable tool to save you thousands in mistakes made with a layout in the real-life build.

V3 will be out very shortly and even though we do not have many reviews considering the number of users that we have, every single review here regarding using our software is taken into account. The new version is going to be amazing.

With a new version does come a new price but as an existing user you are going to get this absolutely FREE

Can not wait to hear what you think about it!

PS. you are quite right about the other software that you mention, it's hard to use and is absolutely not dedicated to van conversion.

Thank you for your review.

Please let me explain our refund policy; we make it as simple as possible.

Once you have logged in, if you wish to request a refund, a refund incident case is opened, and our Service Team contact you directly.

They ask for information regarding why you wish to request a refund; this may be technical information if you have suggested a technical issue. At no time have you been told to contact another team; our Service Team has already contacted you, and this is who you have been communicating with.

Once received, we will always attempt to resolve it. if it is a technical issue that we can not, we refund in full.

I can see that you keep advising us that you do not want to give this information, and so after 2 weeks, you were informed that the case would close based on the limited info you had given so far, which was not a technical issue with our software.

If you would now like to provide the information requested, we are more than happy to re-open the case.

Thank you for your review.

We don't offer a free trial and do make this clear. The reason? Because a layout can be created in under an hour if needed.

We are listening when we are told that some users find the design stage clunky/basic; however, we also get feedback that it is /hard/complicated.

Not forgetting those who just create their layouts, share them with us and then move onto their real-life build.

This makes us realise that we need to make sure that we develop a UI that allows for easy use or more detailed and technical at the users choice.

So we have, and you will receive the upgrade to V3 for free very shortly.

In the meantime, we do show our software in action all over our social media so that a buyer is completely aware of how this is used when designing your layout,
