I have placed an order with you but not yet received any thing. It has been 14 days. I have not received any reply from you regarding my request.

Hopefully this is an isolated incident - benefit of the doubt and all that - order hasn't arrived 15 days after placing it and 13 days after Vapesavers claim it was shipped via Royal Mail 2-4 days tracked. No tracking number provided by Vapesavers and no response to my 2 emails asking for assistance.

Still haven't received my order 2 weeks ago no one replied to emails won't be using them again

Postage paid for Package never arrived and all emails and phone calls have been ignored , no product or repayment

I placed my order on 30th November and haven't received it. I have contacted the company by email numerous times and tried to contact them by phone, to no avail. I have requested a refund and got nothing back.

I would not recommend this company.

Whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!
Order outstanding for 4 weeks, no response from emails, phone number doesn’t work.

The last 2 orders arrived after a month and a lot of chasing up. This time nothing!!!

Order had been placed coming on 2 weeks back, received email notification that order has been shipped but no tracking details provided despite listing royal mail 48hr tracked. Week later no parcel. As well as no response to any email requesting an update that has been sent since. Only email correspondence from vape savers if their spamming for reviews.

Haven’t received my order have tried contacting them several times but no response
Will not be using them again

How can I review this product and company when I still haven’t received my order from 29.11.23!! Despite emailing you on previous occasions I still haven’t had a reply. Therefore I can’t review this company. And cannot recommend it to anyone

No delivery 2 weeks after payment.No replies to email. Looking at other feedback i expect them to deliver my items at some point , just who knows when!

3x I ordered from them.... the last one actually was accidental, as they have changed the name of the site..... anyways, at first order, they were helpful after I haven't received my order. At second time, they have been lying a lot, but after a month and so I received my order. Third time they completely ignored me. No items obviously. Don't buy from them

I am still awaiting my order , this is ridiculous .I have e mailed vape savers quite a few times and have had no reply .I am a returning customer , however I feel I will not be continuing my custom here .

No correspondence from vapesave what’s so ever and I have and order that I today still don’t have from 17th of October 2023 and another that was made in November same year and just because the previous one didn’t show up and that stands today still undelivered I only ask what is so wrong with this company or is it take the money and run?? As spending over £40+ is money that just can’t be disgarded So the question stands Where is my order? And this company will keep on getting a one star until it gives me what I paid for.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! I have waited 2 weeks for my order cannot contact by telephone, no emails responded to, scammed for £16 wish that l had looked at trustpilot before now !!!!!!!!

Item never arrived- customer service not replying to emails- have tried ringing customer service several times over a period of time- no answer- awful would never order from here again!

Do not use this company absolute shower of ship,They will take your money and not answer emails or the phone.if you have used them and orders not arrived hit them with a letter from your solicitor you will get all your expenses back when it goes to court.Don’t let sanghera get away with it.google vapesavers director and get your solicitor to send him a letter at 120 pound a letter (whatever your solicitor charges) just in form them of your intentions and give them 14 days to respond then hit them with solicitor charges.Don’t let him get away with it his a registered buisnessman with the company so is liable.Tge company address is on my profile pic.

I made a purchase from this company,I was emailed telling me " thankyou for my purchase,I would receive the goods in 2 to 4 days,well now it's 6. I have emailed and no reply. Very unhappy with this.
