Sent me completely wrong order still to now have no had a reply to the emails I have sent. Contacted there whatsapp number but the person messaging on it seems very suspicious just give me address to send it back to. When I asked for it to be sent from the email of company, stating they accept the return and refund the message was opened and just ignored! Dont trust this company

On the 11th of March I placed an order (order #VWMCR3046) and got a confirmation, today I get a message that my order has been canceled at my request. Needless to say I made no such request and was waiting for my vapes.
Terrible customer service and I won't bother with them again, I thought by now the item would be delivered but this "business" apparently can't fulfill orders, I would suggest you take your money somewhere else where they don't mess around and then lie that you canceled your order!

I will certainly keep an eye out if the refund is made promptly and have never dealt with such an "outfit" before.

Always order vapes from here and always come within a day or two

Amazing experience ordered on a Thursday afternoon delivery arrived the next day at 9am. Would 100% recommend and will use again
