My husband loved his custom jacket! High quality and detailed.

We ordered this jacket for a video production shoot...the talent was supposed to wear it.

The finished jacket didn't look like the proofs or design we submitted. Colors seemed off, some of the patches/stitching were blocky when we submitted outlined (more die cut looking) logos and design. On top of that, we paid for rush on this order to ensure we'd get the jacket before our production shoot. The jacket came 2 weeks after the shoot.

As a backup once it seemed this jacket wouldn't come on time, we ended up ordering from a different company, Clothoo. The jacket was less expensive, looked exactly like we wanted, and it they rushed it and got it to us on time.

Will never consider Varsity Base in the future.

The quality is amazing and the jacket is to spec after alterations were corrected that were missed on the initial request. Several broken promises on delivery commitments. Jacket was delivered nearly month after original promise date.

I am enjoying the design and how the jacket fits. Very good material. Much appreciated

I was heartbroken when I lost my vintage letterman jacket and was pessimistic that I'd ever find another one as cool. And a NEW jacket could never.
I moped about it so much that my husband demanded I sit down with him and search for a replacement. We came across Varsity Base, and I felt a glimmer of hope. Still skeptical at first, but the online design process was so thorough and detailed, I was pretty confident that I had recreated my original jacket almost exactly.
But still - ordering clothes online is always a gamble. Would I take the leap and get some heinous knockoff in the mail and be heartbroken all over again? I lept anyway.
Someone from Varsity Base contacted me a few times afterwards just to check in and keep me updated on the fabrication process, which was so kind of them. And yet, I didn't want to get my hopes up.
Weeks later, after I had almost forgot that I had ordered it, a box with a brand new letterman arrived. Honestly, it might possibly be better than my original. OK, definitely better. The collar is soft wool, not itchy. My keys don't get lost through holes in the pockets. The lining is cozy. The leather isn't cracked. The fit is custom, the materials are made to last.
It's close to perfect, and I'm looking forward to breaking it in over the next thirty years. Whoever made this jacket for me - thank you!

10/10 service from this company. Initially, my jacket arrived with some typos in the embroidery, but after notifying Variety Base of the issue they re-made and shipped me the jacket at no extra cost. The quality of material is excellent and I'm very happy with the product.

Jacket quality is pretty darn good and sizing is as recommended.

They messed up my Fraternity’s shield and I had to put a patch over it which was a good save. But again.. overall good varsity jacket outside of the small mistake. I think they should give updates along the way with actual pics .. not just random emails that don’t lead to changes. The very thing I was concerned about was what they wanted to charge me 30 extra bucks to double check.. and that’s the very thing they messed up. They deviated from the actual shield I gave in the system. Nonetheless.. I fixed it. Is what it is..

hi the time frame was vary long month after ordered quality was ok the sleeves are a bit huge I'm used to slim fit letterman jackets the collar and cuffs could have been a better quality definitely on a 300 product felt a lil cheap the fit wise is good a little short not as long length cold be a little longer the stitching is perfect picture came out perfect letters came out perfect

This is the 2nd coat I’ve had varsity base create. Each experience has been easy, and the coats are made well. The interactive website allows you to design every feature of the product and allows you to make sure it is just right before ordering. Very easy to use.

It was highly quality, wasn’t too long of a wait, & any last minute changes I requested were made!

The only issue I had was the delivery time. I ordered Nov 14th to try to get it before Christmas but I didn’t get it until right after the new year. However, the quality was amazing. The communication and follow up was awesome. They definitely brought my vision with the custom patches to life. Definitely would recommend but try to order wayyyy in advance if you’re trying to meet a deadline because of the production process.

Sizing is perfect -color exactly as shown and great quality. Service excellent !

My husband loves his jacket BUT!!!.......I ordered my jacket Oct 30th, didnt get it until January 3rd. It was a Christmas gift. The website said it'll take 6 weeks from time of order until receiving. They reached out 2 weeks before Christmas,(6 week mark), showing me the finished product. I requsted a change to the jacket because I picked the wrong color. They fixed the change, but instead of his initials RGF, It said RFG, so they had to fix it again.

Overall, the jacket was made well. Nice quality, and he receives tons of compliments. Also, customer service was very responsive throughout the entire process. Had it not been for all the corrections and timeline issues, i'd give them 5 stars.
