Bought a screen upgrade for a 4 series BMW. Just isn't worth the money in terms of what you get, and that's with it heavily discounted. Their comms are incredibly slow, and returns policy is so restrictive, the only way you can realistically send anything back is if you don't touch it, and send it straight back to them. I couldn't and wouldn't recommend their products.

Great communication through WhatsApp, I wanted android auto fitted, he talked me through what system would be best for my 2014 bmw320d and I purchased through the website and then booked fitting for a few days later. Again great communication as to when he would arrive, fitted and then demo how to work it, very diligent to make sure everything was covered and I was happy before leaving, great aftersales too, checking everything was ok and I was happy. I would thoroughly recommend this company and there products...first class service.

Purchased a CarPlay unit for my E65 BMW from Veehive on the 30th June for £325. A kit for an E60 arrives after about 2 weeks of waiting (from a well known discount goods website from China no less, enjoy your £250 profit Veehive). I raise an issue about the kit having E60 cables not E65 (10 pin vs 12 pin) and after chasing for a few days get a response that they have a spare cable and if I send the incorrect one back I'll get the new one sent out. Lo and behold, send the cable back, nothing. I wait about 10 days, hear nothing. Reach back out to Veehive to be told, 'oh we'll check with our courier'... and I've heard nothing back. So now I'm stuck £325 out of pocket, no compatible unit with my car and no sign that Veehive are even going to refund me. YOU SHOULD NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY.

If Veehive somehow resolve this I will update the review. But at the moment I feel like I've been scammed (along with others it seems).

Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

Product was working fine for a year and an issue occurred, contacted him for some support - ignores me for days on end then apologies as he was ‘offline’ or whatever, then repeats the process of ignoring for a few days to then apologise

Refers me to his sub contractors in London which also do not respond

Terrible terrible terrible company and the fact that this is my second time buying from him and I’ve referred him to friends n family and I get treated like this is a joke.

I’m not one to leave reviews but have to now.

Brought a head unit for fiesta st180 3 months ago, already broken. Units screen is flickering, and unuseable, have reported this to Veehive, but they have not bothered responding to me. I have called and emailed to no avail. I do not expect to pay £450 for 3 months to pass and the unit be unuseable. Reported and I will be getting my money some how.

Not only this, should have known not to bother, when the site said 2 day delivery but turned out to be two weeks, and I had to tell them where on their own website it said this so they could change it. to top it off, they provided me the wrong tracking number for my order, so I had to waste more time at the start calling and getting the right tracking number. I wouldn't waste your time buying from them

Needed Apple CarPlay coding into my E Class, he managed to fit me in the next day after originally contacting him,

Was a quick and easy service and would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about getting CarPlay sorted out.

My experience with Veehive has been exceptional from the very first interaction through to the aftercare.

Would give zero stars if I could.

I had CarPlay fitted a couple of months ago and have had nothing but problems since. The screen constantly flickers on and off while driving, and sometimes it doesn’t turn on at all. It makes using maps or music really frustrating and distracting, which completely defeats the point of having it installed.

I’ve tried contacting them multiple times to get it sorted — around 10 messages over the past few weeks — and every single one has been ignored. No replies, no updates, no effort to help. The lack of aftercare and basic customer service is shocking.

It really feels like once they’ve taken your money, they’re no longer interested in fixing any issues. I’ve now had to go elsewhere and spend even more money just to get the problem properly looked at and repaired.

Really disappointed with the whole experience. Save yourself the stress and don’t waste your money with this company.

I highly recommend this service. I had a new screen fitted in my ML 350 and it looks incredible — everything works seamlessly and runs really quickly. Shamim was excellent from start to finish, keeping in touch throughout the process and clearly explaining how everything works. He also took the time to answer any questions I had, which I really appreciated. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had Apple CarPlay installed in my car. Price was great, very quick in helping me out from start to finish. Highly recommended and will definitely be using in the future

A first class service from start to finish,price was unbelievable, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sham.

Sham is a really friendly, knowledgeable and professional bloke. He kept me updated throughout the process and the price was very fair for the service offered. The upgrade (wireless Apple CarPlay in my 2009 e61 BMW) completely upgrading the interior which was starting to look and feel tired being stuck on CIC system. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Paid over £500 on Wednesday for a apple car play and reverse camera + fitting, before buying I confirmed multiple times via WhatsApp with the seller to fit for Saturday (27/12/25) on the Friday night I double confirmed with him for Saturday morning 9am.
Anyways Saturday came, messaged them at 8 to confirm for 9 for the third time, no reply.
Messaged at 9am the time of fitting. No reply.
Messaged 9:30 no reply. Messaged 10am no reply. Messaged at 11am no reply. Messaged at 11:30am and finally got a reply saying they don’t have parts and he was apparently in hospital. The usual stuff everyone hears when they can’t deliver.
Super unreliable company.
Incredibly difficult to contact.
Seems like a lot of other customers got great service but unfortunately for me it was unbelievably difficult.
They processed the refund as soon as I told them to which is the only good thing that came out of it.
Again they’re probably a decent company and I had a awful experience.

Great service. Prompt at getting back to me and installed CarPlay as promised. All works perfectly.

Everything ok until you have some problems with the unit and needs to be fixed and the guy doesn’t answer the phone anymore!!

Lame customer services, lame response times, lame responses. Lame excuses.
A lame excuse for a 3rd party service. When it works it works but god forbid you need assistance.. I have had responses spaces out over 3 months and currently awaiting a response since February just to get the unit removed.
Save your sanity, go to Halfords 😅 businesses like this shoot themselves in the foot.
Clear issue with the uint/units sent to me. I have a barebones car from the factory this system has messed up my head-unit in ways I couldn’t imagine. Should have stuck to AUX.
Only awaiting a response to have the unit removed after being blamed it is my car, 100% wouldn’t happen elsewhere.
They have left no room for understanding based on the wait time. I feel like a burden rather than a customer.. joke
