Avoid at all costs!!
I ordered an Apple CarPlay unit on Boxing Day. I understand that Christmas is a busy period but there is no way to get ahold of someone as the contact number is for outbound only.
I’ve sent a couple of emails and the automated response claims that it takes up to 72 hours for a reply but over 72 hours later and there’s still no response. After spending nearly £300 I at least expect a reply to an email. All I want is an update on my order and a rough idea of when I’ll receive my order!
Luckily, I decided to pay with Klarna so I raised a dispute with them and shortly after Veehive sent an email to say that my order had been shipped along with a tracking number. However, when tracking the parcel it looks like the shipment label was created but the package hasn’t actually been sent to Royal Mail.
Avoid this company at all costs! It's not worth the hassle!!!!!

Avoid this company.
Their quality control doesn't exist, the customer service that I have received is appalling with the first person I spoke to just tried to pass me off with an extra fitting service and saying your items were fully inspected. When you sent me the complete wrong unit that has been untested and unchecked and could have caused unknown amounts of issue pluging it into my car. It took over a month to get the unit fully working, the ami cables don't come with the kit even though they are photographed with the kit.
