Impossible to speak to someone at Customer Service!
Hi, I have used Veet for a very long time and never had a problem until last week. I have used sensitive wax strips and developed a strong allergic reaction. I have tried to contact Veet by phone on numerous occasions without success! There is no email to approach them. I am not impressed with a lack of post-sales service & support (which I may have to put on other review sites to warn other potential customers). I thought that Veet will have a proper customer service.
New formula Veet may be just to dangerous for some individuals and Veet should be interested in those reactions!

I used this product on upper lip,2 days…
I used this product on upper lip,2 days ago and it has burned my skin, I used it as recommended and intructed on pack.The moment I applied to upper lip It stung really badly ,I had to remove it after 1 minute ,god only knows what would have happened if I had left it on for ten minutes.Now the swelling has gone down I am left with red spots and crusts around the sore areas, what the hell is in this product? Veet for face should be banned if it has only caused this reaction in one person.There is no customer service e-mail,and the telephone number cuts off, I have written a letter to the company but anable to show a picture of my injury this way.DO NOT USE!!!

It wasn't for me
It wasn't for me, it arrived open on the end as i could smell it coming through the package. I applied as directed and and left it on for the correct time and it still burned me. Not interested in using it gain. My sister waste her money really!

I recently bought the Veet Easywax
Electrical Roll-On. I used it as it was on the leaflet. First it took 40 minutes instead of 20 to heaten up properly, then i got rushes and burns on my legs. I already used warmwax in the past and experienced nothing like that at all! The after care was VERY oily and ugly. I wrote them the first email over the homepage last week monday. Nothing happened. I wrote again over the veet homepage and the rb.com homepage on Monday. Again, they don't bother to get back to me at all!!!! I know one thing for sure, I will never, ever buy any veet or reckitt benckiser products AGAIN! My legs still have marks on and i made pictures, but this company doesn't bother at all. I NEVER experienced such a crap customer service!!!
