Looks like scammers fake posting that they have "20 verified reviews" from your customers when they have no such thing.
Had a cold email from them today asking me to claim my profile etc.

Hi James we did not say we have 20 reviews on you we would have said we discovered 20 reviews from a review platform like Trustpilot or google etc because we combine all the review platforms we can find for your company to give you the ability to showcase all your reviews together in a single profile page!
