It was a good buy
It was a good buy. No mistake there, only issue I had was with payment and I'm not even sure they were at fault for it. Payed via PayPal but took a day or three to clear. Maybe a bank issue.

Although I wasn't able to get the digital key working straight away! A quick referral to FAQ's resolved the problem and I was able to authenticate the product key! Would reccomend this seller for promptness of delivery and service.

Bought Sims 3 Base Game Origin Download code and I received an email with the code immediately but when I enter the code on the sims launcher, it asks for the code again and refuses to accept it. I've been waiting for someone to assist me with this on Vevo's chat feature and have gotten no response.

I recently purchased my sims 3 code…
I recently purchased my sims 3 code through vevo digital, and the code itself doesn't work at all. I was able to download the software and attempted to enter my code after sims had launched in order to access the actual game, yet the code did not work after trying numerous times.

I did not receive my codes within 24…
I did not receive my codes within 24 hours. I thought I had been scammed because my order number was 11234 (doesn’t seem legit). After leaving a review, I was contacted. They provided me with proof that they sent the emails. However, they were never delivered. Honest mistake. They fixed the issue almost immediately. Good customer service.
