Great company - very reliable and knowledgeable about their stock

This is my go-to website as the products are excellent, as is the Customer Service. I look forward to getting my email newsletter every Saturday morning - which includes offers on popular products, as well as interesting articles and entertaining chat from Gill. Yes, they have issues with stock, but so does practically everyone at the moment and the items are sent out free of charge when they come back into stock again. I find them open and honest, welcoming feedback both good and bad in order to help them grow as a company. I’ve been around the Beauty Industry for 30 years and Victoria Health is a breath of fresh air.

I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

Have ordered several items from VH over the last few years. The service is excellent, no complaints. However there are only two items I would reorder, because I found they did actually help. All the other much hyped products were basically a waste of money.

Very impressed. Only wanted one item, most other sites had minimum £50 spend to qualify so already a win. Am always dubious with sites I've not come across so the good reviews reassuring. Simple process, shipped immediately and in my grubby hands within 24hrs. Excellent from start to finish - proving that it can be painless, easy - dare I say enjoyable shopping experience. Will certainly use again and highly recommend.

I've been buying supplements from VH for a while now and find Shabir's knowledge (via Trinny) to be excellent. Very quick responses from the team when wanting to know about interactions between supplements. I'd highly recommend them.

I’ve made an order on 27.01 and one month later still haven’t received anything!!!!
They nowhere mention on their site that it may take sooooo long,though the customer service suggests me to wait!Which I don’t wish any more.Just an awful experience!

Ordered a product that said in stock, company took my money immediately via PayPal. Several days later, I revived a email saying the product wasn’t in stock and and we’ll just keep your order on our system. No mention or offer of refund or timeframe. I then had to phone, woman was more friendly than email person. Apparently the item had been out of stock for some time, and they didn’t expect it to come into stock anytime soon. So they just expected to hold on to my c £50 for weeks, maybe months! Not on. Wondering if they have cash flow issues. You can’t take and keep money like this.

I've been shopping here for years and I think they are a great company. I've never had to contact Customer Service much so I can't rate them. But the package always arrives super quick, postage is cheap and you get the monthly newsletter included.
However, I do find that they hype up their products quite a bit. I like The Ordinary (at least some of their products) but I've been disappointed with their own brand Garden of Wisdom. I don't think anything I've purchased has lived up to its claims - maybe I've just been unlucky. I was expecting more and they're not cheap. Shabir answers any questions on the website or e-mail promptly (one the one occasion I had an issue). Overall, would recommend. They also do occasional offer and freebies.

I’ve been using this site now for over 10 years and have always had great products and service. The recent addition of a weekly newsletter with recommendations and treats has been an absolute boon during this awful lockdown period.

I order my vit c serum a month ago and never received it. In my order history says order completed and I'm wondering what that means as I haven't received never the product. There is no tracking number nothing besides product so there is no way you know anything. I texted them twice regarding this and they didn't reply. So I guess that's it my 25 euro are gone. Disrespectful attitude that's my messages for you Victoria Health! Wouldn't recommend to anyone! It's a suspicious company

Ordered Garden of Wisdom products from their website which were unimpressive to say the least. Nowhere to leave a review of them on the VH website or to view other customers reviews of their experience. They should really have this available on their website. I wouldn't buy from them again.

This is a company that is worth using. Their products are of excellent quality, reasonably priced and in chic dispensers. The order arrives so quickly it is amazing. I particularly wanted to commend them, that in the middle of a pandemic, my order arrived in the 3 days promised, and when one of the products was the wrong one, they replaced it immediately with a next day delivery without any fuss about getting the incorrect product returned. It's excellent service like this, with real people at the other end of a phone that you can talk to when there's an issue, that keeps you going back over and again. This is one very happy customer. Really bad service. Abrupt emails when I chased the product after 2 months wait. Cancelled order and no apology for delay. This small company is not capable of good customer service.

I phoned about an order which I have not received only to be told in a very rude and abrupt way that it will be another 2weeks and if I don’t want it I’ll be refunded no apology no sorry about not getting emails she sounded like she couldn’t even be bothering to speak to me! Never will I order from this company again the worst costumer service EVER!!!

Very impressed. Ordered some oil and because of an article in the Sunday Times Style magazine they had run out. Got an email from them to inform me of that fact and given me an estimated arrival. Thank you for excellent customer care. Highly recommend this company.

Great customer service!I have bought from this site many times, and while I have been having issues with a certain product range, their support refunded me for those items, simply based on some feedback I gave them months after purchasing.

Will always come back as long as the service is this great.
