I've just received my first order from Victoiahealth and it arrived quickly.
Order paced on 13th April and arrived today, 15th.
It was well packed and will definitely order again.

I've ordered from them about a dozen times. Sometimes they take a while to ship the products because they are not in stock but when they do receive stock they ship the products immediately, and they arrive QUICKLY. I'm talking 8 days to another continent with not-so-expensive and we have very bad postal service, so this site is a standout. I enjoy shopping there because the customer service is great (I got an underfilled product and they are sending a replacement with no problems whatsoever.) The shipping is not the cheapest (its about 10gbp on average) but it's so worth it.

So i placed an order in October and after 2 weeks wrote to the customer service to check where my order would be at. Was given an invalid tracking number and after waiting for another 2 weeks I wrote to them again. the customer service was horrible and rude, informing me they didn't receive updates from the invalid tracking number provided and didn't know where my order was. to date I have yet received my order.

I think this company are fantastic- I've only ordered two products so far as I've only just discovered them however I think their customer service is outstanding! I had a reaction to one of the products and emailed them to ask if they'd the same feedback from anyone else. Without me even requesting it, they refunded my money instantly!
A lot of other beauty companies could learn from the way they conduct their business.

Ordered the brushes yeaterday and they arrived today...excellent quick service. Could not recoment enough the products were well packadged and excellent quality. Can't wait to start using my real techniques brushes. Will definetly be having a browse on the website to see if there is anything else I fancy.

Fast delivery and almost impeccable service. They even sent me the same item twice free of charge because the first one got lost in the mail.

I found this site on the beauty bible website last year and i've used them lots since then. The site is vast and i could spend hours trawling through all the things they have. They have great offers and send out a newsletter each month to let you know about new items. It's easy to place orders, p&p is very reasonable and i've always received deliveries within 3 days.

I have bought various items online at this store over the last couple of years and the service is always excellent. Products arrive quickly, are well packed and there are often samples of other products to try. They also send a comprehensive news letter reviewing their new products and findings. Great!
