Der Ticketkauf war einfach, hat nur mehr ein Sitzplan gefehlt, das Zusenden von Papiertickets mit Einschreiben verursacht Zusatzkosten und ist nicht mehr zeitgemäss

Prix de 4 billets pour le musée de Sissi 80 euros sur le site officiel facturé 135.60 eur soit 55.60 eur de plus. Quelle belle arnaque. Site à EVITER à tout prix.
The price for 4 tickets to the Sisi Museum is €80 on the official website, but I was charged €135.60, which is €55.60 more. This website is not transparent about its pricing. I do not recommend it

this review is factually incorrect.
We do not offer tickets for the Sisi Museum in Vienna at all. Therefore, it is impossible that this purchase was made through our company.
We kindly ask you to check your bank statement and verify where the booking was actually made.
If the payment was processed by us, the transaction description would clearly state either
“VIENNA TICKET OFFICE” or “ABSOLUT TICKET”.
Since this claim is untrue and damaging to our reputation, we request that you remove this review immediately.
If this false statement is not corrected, we reserve the right to pursue further action regarding the publication of incorrect information.

Stay away. They don't sell you tickets, they "block" your funds *in case* they're able to get you tickets, and if so, they collect your money and send you the tickets. There is no assurance, however, that they will get you the tickets. They send you a "confirmation of request" which is simply that, confirming that they have seen your request. Nothing of a "scam" here, just a useless business model. Even better (i.e. worse) is that they have a phone number to call for any help needed. In our case, we needed help to know whether we would eventually receive tickets for the concert we had purchased "tickets" for, which was happening later that evening, 830pm. We had purchased "tickets" at 3pm and called just after 5pm. Their voicemail told us, however, that they are not picking up the phone after business hours (ending at 5pm)... So they sell tickets for events at many times of day, but will not provide customer service for all the events they sell tickets for. Your money and time is best spent elsewhere.

Bei anderen Kartendiensten bekommt man das Prit@home Ticket sofort.
Bei anderen Kartendiensten bekommt man das Print at Home Ticket sofort. Hier wird nur die Buchungsanfrage bestätigt. Das finde ich enttäuschend, weil die Buchung gefühlt in der Schwebe ist und keine weiteren Dispositionen getroffen werden können.

vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback – inhaltlich haben Sie recht.
Im Unterschied zu rein automatisierten Ticketplattformen sind wir ein klassisches Kartenbüro. Buchungsanfragen werden bei uns manuell von Mitarbeitern bearbeitet und beim jeweiligen Veranstalter angefragt. Dadurch erhalten Sie zunächst eine Buchungsbestätigung und nicht sofort ein Print-at-Home-Ticket.
Diese Vorgehensweise benötigt leider etwas Zeit, hat aber den Vorteil, dass wir auch bei ausverkauften oder stark nachgefragten Veranstaltungen noch individuelle Lösungen prüfen können.
Wir verstehen, dass sich dieser Ablauf für Kunden ungewohnt anfühlen kann, bitten hier jedoch um Verständnis.

Completely Scam
Completely Scam. I've bought Ticket for Opera at Bratislava, they answer me with a confirmation mail without ticket attached with a different start time.
Ticket were not there and we arrived at the end of the show. Any Answer from the Customer Care. Keep Away from them!

Ich habe Ihren Vorgang geprüft: Die Tickets wurden am 29.10.2025 telefonisch mit Ihnen eingebucht und noch am selben Tag per E-Mail an die von Ihnen angegebene Adresse versendet.
Für die Zukunft möchte ich Sie bitten, sich bei Problemen direkt und zeitnah telefonisch bei uns zu melden. In solchen Fällen können wir sofort reagieren und Ihnen deutlich schneller helfen, anstatt dass ein Monat vergeht und erst dann eine negative Bewertung erfolgt.
Wir bedauern, dass es hier offensichtlich ein Zustellproblem gab, und helfen Ihnen gerne jederzeit direkt weiter.

Die Bestellung der Tickets für die Kinderroper in der Krypta der Peterskirche erfolgte problemlos und einfach. Einfache Zahlung, sofortige Übermittlung der Tickets.

Rip-off: they do not have tickets: you pay to wait ...
It is a rip-off: they do not sell tickets: you have to pay for "asking them to find tickets". The site is misleading. They take the money and thereafter they send you a message that they do not have the tickets. They do not give a timing for delivering the tickets either; In the meantime available tickets sell out on official sites and you have to wait, because you may loose your money. When you complain you have to pay 20% "cancellation fee" as a "service". The info is deliberately hidden in the German T&C's (no English version available).

The tickets you selected were available. On our website, every order is first submitted as a request, which our team then processes during our business hours to avoid overbooking. This is clearly stated in the ordering process and does not mean that “we take money without having tickets.”
You contacted us immediately after submitting your request and asked to cancel it before our team could confirm the order. Since cancellations or exchanges are generally excluded, we offered you a goodwill cancellation with a 20% fee.
Your claim that we “charge money without delivering tickets” is therefore incorrect. You requested the cancellation yourself before we could process your order.
If you have any further questions, we are happy to assist you.

Ich wollte meine Tickets nur…umtauschen
Ich wollte meine Tickets nur umtauschen(um einen Tag),weil ich mich im Datum geirrt habe...und es war NICHT MÖGLICH!!!!??
Was soll das Bitte.Wie kann mann nur derart unflexibel und eindimensional ein Ticketservice führen. Für mich ein Zeugnis von Inkompetenz !! Nie wieder bestell ich bei diesem Anbieter Tickets..unfassbar!

Wir verstehen Ihren Ärger, möchten aber einen wichtigen Punkt klarstellen:
Für Eintrittskarten gibt es kein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht. Außerdem sind Storno und Umtausch laut Vorgaben des Veranstalters ausgeschlossen – nicht durch uns. Sobald Tickets verbindlich beim Veranstalter gebucht wurden, kann das Datum leider nicht mehr geändert werden.
Wir bedauern, dass wir Ihren Wunsch nicht erfüllen konnten, sind hier jedoch an die Bedingungen des Veranstalters gebunden.
