Our X1 was at Vines for its MoT and a small service.
As always, the overall experience was what you'd expect from a very professional and well run Company.
All staff are very courteous, and everything went very smoothly from drop-off to collection.

Car in for service and investigation from previous inspection. Great service as prior and kept informed throughout. Clean car after a welcomed bonus!

I was quoted a price for and oil and filter service to my BMW. Agreed a time and date. All went to plan. The cost provided was what I paid. No hidden extras. A courtesy call around lunchtime to tell me the service was complete in the car is ready for collection was appreciated. Quite often with other dealers I have had to chase until the end of the day to find out what is happening with my car. Not at Vines! Very courteous staff. Great service.

The car went in for a safety recall. I was given an appointment for fitting within a couple of weeks, which was good. On the day, there was no delay in checking in and I was given an estimated lunchtime pickup time. I received a call an hour before the estimate to say the work had been completed.
The car received a complementary wash and polish.
So I am entirely happy with the level of service and the care taken of my vehicle.
I'm happy to recommend Vines.

Our bmw ix was showing a warning message. I am happy to say that Vines were very efficient at getting the required part and fitting it. The staff were really friendly and helped to entertain my 4 year old grandson who accompanied me to the showroom.
