Took two cars to Vines Redhill last week.
Louis in Service was excellent, anticipated our needs and gave very prompt service
Both cars fixed on time and to estimate, seamless procedure with loan car
Louis is a pleasure to deal with

The service receptionist was extremely impolite and as a customer we felt very undervalued and disrespected. Our car was not washed and the interior of our car was left in an unclean state.

From the service booking to completion, the process was very smooth and the staff were informative, helpful and courteous.

Hi, I do not usually give reviews. My experience this time was not really to do with your people but my shock at having the MOT and service come out with a total bill exceeding £3000. i believe that it was all due to a pothole that i had the misfortune to drive through locally some weeks ago.
The NSR tyre suffered worst, i thought, and i had to have a new one the same day.
I am still trying to get the council to contribute towards the cost but they are just intransigent.
The MOT however uncovered further damage to the NSF including shock absorbers and other thrust struts etc. Vines were good at letting me know about the escalating costs as they were discovered but i was still without the car the day before we went on holiday in the car to Cornwall. It drives well again and am interested to see what the council's insurance company have to say. No doubt something like "prove it"!

My car was due for MOT they called to arrange the date very professional and they found a fault and ordered the parts booked the car back in to do the repairs

Very efficiently run service department, the work requested was all carried out and the car cleaned. Great Service

Sunroof stopped working, I was offered a same day appointment but went for the next day. The issue was fixed before I could finish my coffee. Just a reset. Thanks to Kieran and Eleanor in the service team and the tech who sorted it. Job done, no charge 5*

Good communications! I was kept in the loop whilst the car was at the garage. My car was returned clean with a successful MOT.

Issue dealt with quickly - friendly helpful staff.

My appointment was handled politely and efficiently. I suppose my only comment would be that loan cars, that used to be complimentary, are now charged at £30. Never used to. Car was cleaned, which is always a nice touch. All in all I’m happy with the service provided.

Had MOT done, luckily no service items due, washed and vacuumed car fairly well

Purchased a vehicle on the 30th of May 2026 for 16,938 pounds from vines of redhill the body work look good during the day but at night it is terrible contacted company but they are taking no responsibility take my advice and stay a hundred miles away from this company they robbed me blind and don't want to take responsibility dealt with a salesperson named Tom from Red Hill and Josh the sales manager is a total liar
I have escalated to the motoring ombudsman and I'm going to be phoning citizens advice because I rejected my car under the consumers act of 2015 but there are having none of it

We have four vehicles that we used to take to Vines but we took our business away some years ago taking our vehicles to an independent bmw specialist due incompetence and customer care. Due to constant texts touting for business from Vines recently we decided to get a quote for some service work. Despite being told they would email us the quote as per discussion, needless to say 3 days on we have received no quote! Looks like nothing has changed, abysmal dealership.

purchase a used BMW 2 Series Grand coup on Saturday the 30th of May 2026 the video shows sign that the body work was ok apart from a few scratches here and there and then on the Monday I discovered that the driver's door and passenger door were all resprayed to a very low standard contacted dealership via email but no response I have emails requesting a full refund of the vehicle to my statutory rights but no one has contact me about this issue if they do not contact me I will be taking them to court
