Quick and efficient service
Quick and efficient service. However, £12 for delivery is excessive in my view. The normal charge is around £8 and the Wine Society will send you 1 bottle free of charge. I know they are big but the difference is enormous.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, as a small family run business this means a lot to us.
Sadly bigger companies have a much bigger buying power, allowing for reduced costs.
We do work with all our couriers and suppliers constantly to try and reduce costs where we can and pass this onto our customers. Hopefully as our loyal customer base grows, we will be able to reduce our delivery costs.
If you are local, we do offer collection or free delivery on orders over £500.

Prompt service.
Spoke with staff who explained delivery options. my order is a surprise and staff explained the packaging is discreet. Arrived well protected.
Delivery carrier confirmed delivery window to an hour so was able to make appropriate arrangements to be here to collect without waiting around for the day.

Good selection and service
Good selection of wines and the website is very easy to navigate with some good ways to filter. The team was quick to let me know one of the vintages was no longer available, which wasn’t an issue. Delivery was quick and nicely handled.

A pleasurable enough experience
A pleasurable enough experience . I just think that the company could tighten up its communication with the customer from acceptance of order to time of delivery despatch . There were a few days of dead time in between. Nothing serious but could be slicker

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. As a small family run business we are very grateful for all reviews and feedback.
Unfortunately, it is very difficult to get the balance of how many order updates to send out right, as every one is so different in what they prefer. We do get some customers stating that they would prefer to receive more and some say that they would like to receive even less.
We do take all feedback on board and do try to constantly monitor email updates and feedback to try to get it as close to perfect as we can.
