It was reassuring to receive e-mail…

It was reassuring to receive e-mail notifications of the progress of my order at each stage, from order receipt through to confirmation of delivery, particularly once my order was in the custody of Packfleet. For those of us who have had problems with third party couriers in the past, these e-mails arguably constitute added value. Packfleet did a good job :-)

Missing Item - Vinvm didn't care

The item was sent to me and marked as 'delivered'. I checked the proof of delivery and there was a photo of an unfamiliar porch. I wasn't given a postage slip, and I was actually home all day that day. I'm not blaming Vinvm for this as this was a courier issue, HOWEVER when I asked Vinvm for help in tracking the item they ignored me and left my messages on read.

Dear Customer,

We are very sorry that there was an issue with the delivery. This is completely unacceptable and not the service we wan't for our customers.

We have looked into this again and can see that after investigating with the courier, we have sent a replacement order out, which has since been delivered.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience and upset this caused you.

I sent an e mail asking that my delivery be delayed as I was going to be away - within minutes I had a phone call offering to get my order to me by the next day - terrific service
